yeah iv update it :) give it a read.

if you have not been playing players but still have there wges quite high you could look to move them on but i guess just keep an eye on the finances.

Now into January in season 2011/2012 and cause my finances are still making a loss..... I've decided to offload MORE players without replacing them.... Im fully confident that the current squad can help me achieve a European place through the league!

However, im currently sittin 10th, But, i've only lost 3 league games! One bein a thumping at Loftus road going down 3-1 to QPR who are absolutely bollocks and never collect any points! So frustratin as i was never in the game and definately got a do in! Told the players i was angry, then, all of a sudden they 'dont like my team talks'!

Billy Jones was my first signing in my Middlesbrough story for £2.8million and i just accepted a bid from Everton for £8.5million! Good bit of business seen as i can replace him with Justin Hoyte or Jordan Spence can be pushed to the right and the reliable and experienced Chris Riggot could come in!

Not replacing any out going players and not offering any new contracts.... Mainly du to the finances and that the majority of my players are under long term deals anyway....

you've had some good away results eh and against big teams too.

my team are rubbish away to the big teams, its like they freeze under pressure!

I know, i hold backroom advice meetings and they tell u what your opponents strengths and weaknesses are! I managed a great result at Chelsea which was decent, although they've started off poorly this season!

Im hopin to qualify for Europe and get to atleast the quarters of the FA Cup if not further! I need this to keep my board happy!

The end of my thrid season has come! I finished in exactly the same postion as last season 10th! Only lost 9 out of my 38 games, and never conceded many for such a young side which was pleasing! I was hoping to challenge for a European place but breaking into those places through the league is very hard! Especially when i only tend to sign certain players and have stuck to my salary cap!

The time has come to question if i can take Middlesbrough FC any furthr without breaking my tranfer policies! I haven't come close to winnin any trophies but i wasn't at all concernd with this, it was league positions! Maybe i have taken Middlesbrough as far as they can go and maybe need a fresh challenge lower down the leagues! If anyone thinks i should continue or look for a change, then advice/suggestions are welcome!

Here are the end of season stats.....

i think u should carry this on :) and good u send me the link for the skin and background in the last post?

mate have you been using monthly installments? You've established then as a Prem team. Time to push on.

Im trying to do this but with Newcastle doing pretty well so far!

if your trying to establish yourself in the prem and push for europa league and champions league you're best to sign yourself some hot prospects to develop with your team. they will either grow with the team or get sold on at a profit, either way your stature grows. as for a signing...two word LOMELU LUKAKU. trust me, best striker on the game.
