they DO, but the target man will try to involve if he ATTACKS FROM DEEF. If so, try to put him in other position ( near post flick on...)

This is what i have tryed found it on the sports interactive website, good luck

Aim: Far Post
Inswinging: left footers on right corners and right footers on left corners.

GK: Default
DL: Stay Back
DR: Stay Back
DC: Attack Far (this is the primary goalscorer from corners so choose wisely)
DC Attack Near
MC: Lurk outside area
MC: Challenge 'Keeper
ML: Attack ball from deep
MR: Attack ball from deep
ST: Near post flick on
ST: Near post flick on

The primary goalscoring DC needs to have good heading, jumping, bravery, strength and anticipation which is why Phillippe Mexes has been so prolific this season for me, including a hatrick! From what i've read, height and weight don't matter in FM currently, so don't be tempted just to stick a tall guy on the Attack Far Post. If he's not brave and strong, he'll get outmuscled by the guy marking him.

Obviously it doesn't matter what formation you play, as long as the instructions match. Give it a few months and see if theres any difference, don't give up after 1 game:)
Great worked on my first game micah richards scored 3 goals out of 4 corners unlucky on his 5th corner though.

brilliant every match now richards has got the ball from the corner and has scored 80% from every corner so far and has managed to get to 100% of the corners.:D This has won me every game so far, by about more than 3 goals and richards scores atleast 2 goals every match now.

I'm going to try it out. Is there also some sort of defensive setup?

Works very well on Stade de Reims game. Nordtveit (CB/att far) and Deaux (tall Midfielder) keep on scoring. And I'd say that inswinging corners isn't always necessary. If you've got a good corner taker then he'll be able to put the ball in front of the far post for the cb to score.

What I do is I look at the top corner scorer in the league, scout one of their matches when I'm not playing, see what they do and copy it :)

My DC, has 8 goals in 15 matches, the other one (in 2nd team, plays same position) has 2 goals, and i also got like 5-6 own goals from their headers..so i would say tactic is pretty awesome...15-16 goals in 30 games...for dc, pretty imba :P

KevyMatts tactic must be exploiting the game unintentionally in some way. The first game I used it, my DC got TWO goals! I'm so happy! I used to have a good corner tactic I made myself that worked in my last save (didn't work well in my current for some reason) but this one is sick.

Should I have two players doing the flick on? My AMC who is set to do it takes the corners.

edit: I tried my Striker as the primary guy attacking far post, but he always gets double teamed, I might put him on the keeper instead and put a DC back to far post duty. That way if DC misses, my striker can get rebounds. As it stands now the DC challenging keeper gets a rebound goal here and there.

Back to the drawing board mate,it does not work at all on 10.3,in fact default set up works better. SI have found your exploit and ****** on it. :S

Before the new patch 10.3 my CB was my highest scorer.
Now after the patch it harder to score from corners

It was very unrealistic though having your CB scoring 25 goals a season.

Ok guys, this is the new corner tactic for p10.3. The point is ur team score lots of goals, but sometimes, teams find out your tactic and make it useless. But no panic as next match comes up, it works again:$

Caution: u can use the tactic, BUT dont blame me for boring matches that 4 out of 5 goals scored from corner(K)

And heres the instruction:

2 players stay back ( normally 2 FBs)

2 players near post flick on

2 players attack far post

2 players challenge kp

1 player stand on far post ( maybe attack near post, but NOT attack from deep)

The last but most important: LURK OUTSIDE. This is goalscorer who should has finishing >=14 and /or longshot >= 12. In addition, strength and pace are important.

Aim: penalty area

Ck takers: high passing

Remember DONT set 3 players into the same position . ie Angeline, Jennifer and Penelope all challenge kp! coz other players mix up their positionsXD

Goodluck :D

Giving it a try.

If it doesn't work, I'm blaming you.
