More goals from corner?

Wow... Another fatal 10.3 flaw. Keeps me thinking I won't start a new game on it ever, seems to be quite a few things wrong with it. There are small exploits and bugs and then there are ridiculous things like these.
 
Wow it works. I had Palacios of Tottenham score a hat-trick.

Question about settings!

I play with liverpool a 4-2-3-1

GK
DR CB CB DL

MC MC

AMR AMC AML

FC

I know that my bester header should stand on far post
One player should challenge the keeper
2 Wingers should attack far post
and one should set on lurk outside area


thats all fine and good but what are the settings for the other players, can someone give me an example with my formation, who should stay where?

Can anyonw recommend me how to defend corners ? They are scoring me a lot of goals from corners.
 
Defend corners for me i do
2 side backs one on far post 1 on near post 2 centre backs mark tall player each
1 striker man mark the other striker close down corner
both wingers mark small player i never concede from corners maybe 3 a season or so

Is this working for the 10.3 patch ? This smacks of the infamous Far-Post bug !
I used to use it as my main corner gambit, but it yielded totally unrealistic goal tallies for my centre backs so I ended up ditching it.

Check out my thread for the near-post corner delivery- it does provide goals but nowhere near as many and at least you can't then say 'Here comes another certain headed goal (yawn)'

I think it's more enjoyable to see the keeper blocking it now & then or spilling it to your other centre back ( the keeper challenger )- but each to his own
 
The new corner exploit/cheat/glitch whatever you call it works really well, with Pompey I scored at least one goal a game from a corner, although it doesn't completely pwn, some teams mark the guy who "lurks" which makes it pretty rubbish although I think it's quite fun to use..

People who keep complaining about it saying it's wrong and is cheating, then fair enough, you don't have to use it.. :S
 
i used it for 10 games , i couldnt imagine using it for more takes out excitement with goals u know are gonna be scored
 
I'm kind of using the system mentioned in the first pages, which involves taking corners to the far post and having your best defenders (or headers) attack that; with a challenge gk, near post flick on, couple attacking from deep. Its working ok so far, im on 10.3, and in League 1 too which means stats aren't the best but still decent for what I want. If things get silly I'll sack it off

With, Celtic, I find that having Malouda or Crosas hit corners - from both sides - to "penalty area" works well when having Scott Brown and Belleti set to "Lurk outside area". I'll post a screenshot later, in school atm. (H) ;)
 
Who needs heads when you can score with your feet. The '4-1-5 Goals Glutter' tactic has the best corner trick I've used so far. Try it out sometime
 
Out of your 10 outfield players, put 7 near the byline (2 challenge the keeper, 2 attack far post, 2 near post flick on or whatever, 1 stand on far post, 1 lurk outside and 1 stay back with the last one being the taker)
