I got a question : when you say it's possible to change the roles, is it completely ? For exemple : Mezut Ozil is great in the role of advanced midfield, but not very good rated with the 9 1/2 position... Should I change the role ? It's quite different : a 9 1/2 is a goalscorer, an advanced midfielder is a playmaker....

So, should I let the 9 1/2 role and play Ozil in an uncomfortable role, or change the role ? That's the question...

Anyway, thanks again for your work !
 
same issue with the two midfielder... some are confortable in the advanced playmaker role, other with defensive duties...
 
Mr.L is more or less the brain were us others are the leggs and hands :p
 
Poor results

Im not having good results with the 4-4-1-1 at all, home or away.

Oposition has 2-4 CCC every game, the defense is not working at all. CB`s has extremely low ratings. Even though i have match prep defensive positioning i allways conceed.

Also the DLS is not producing at all even Rooney is perfect for the role.

The only position really producing is the right winger, this role seems perfect set up.

Any suggestions to changes that can be made?

I only make plug and play tactics. I never adapt, sorry :) If it's not working, it's due to RNG, incompatability with players or other reasons. You could try another of the tactics, see if they work better for you.

The tactics do work best if you keep the roles as they are, but you can often make the tactic better for your team if you change some settings to fit the players better. Which changes those are you have to experiment and figure out yourself :)

how can you change the training intensity of the individual training??
 
You can't change the intensity ,you can change the individual workload by adding specific attribute training

V2 only adds corners routine.. and that corner routine is not good. Also Mr. L said this, so it's pretty the same as the one you can download in the OP!

Love a 442! What roles are the strikers? And is it classic wingers or inverted wide players so left foot on right etc?

The only way I could get it to work in the 4-4-2 formation was with 2x f9's. The ML and MR are both wide players cutting inside, but they don't necessarily have to be inverted. It's a bonus though.

Should be fairly simple, plug and play :) For players etc, I'm not the guy to ask, since I don't really play the game :P Just follow the pointers on the front page, regarding friendly matches and such. You could also do that friendly tournament thingy against big teams to get a lot of cash. Some see this as cheating, some do not :)
 
Which tactic would you recommend for Chelsea? Looking for a 4-1-2-2-1 being very solid defensively with a defensive midfielder (matic) and lots of attacking flair from wingers and centre midfielders and complete forward

I don't have any 4-1-2-2-1. You could try modifying the 4-2-3-1 perhaps!
