Guys now I can test a new tactic or a new tactic set (maybe one for home and one away), but I don't know which one. Already done TFF and a tester is doing CE. Any suggestion?

Still waiting for 4-3-3 (/w wingers) or 4-1-2-1-2 narrow formations :c
5-2-1-2 is nice but not working as I would like to
 
4-1-2-2-1 Fix3d tweak

Hi everyone! First of all sorry for my horrible english, but i'll do my best. XD
I made just a very simple tweak to the 4-5-1 tactic setting a CM to DM and putting the same OIs as Mr L do with this role in the others tactics. I tested this with Aston Villa and Deportivo, with the first team i got really nice results, but with the second not yet. So i'll post some half-season results, my starter eleven and the tweaked tactic. If anyone can test it and post his/her results would be great!

I haven't had time yet to look at OI's. It's exam time, and I'm the teacher, so I have a lot of work atm :) I'll work on OI's and corner routines as soon as I get the chance!

I'm starting the official test now.. but tomorrow I have a busy day. Don't know when I will publish the results..
 
The 4231 is outrageously good. Just won the league with Everton in my 2nd season (1st season using the tactic) with no money whatsoever. Signed a couple of youngsters and that's it.

Lukaku has scored 42 goals in 38 games in the league. The play between the front 4 of Mirallas, Barkley, Deulofeu and Lukaku is stunning at times.

Mr L how free are we to change roles?

For example if i choose two defence duties in CMs and attack in AML is this going to make the tactic remain as good as your deafult?

Could you Mr L (or someone else using the tactic) post a screenie of the training and how you use it? About all my players are complaining about the workload right now...

I haven't started playing the actual game yet, so those things someone else should answer :) I see that training is quite different in FM16 than in earlier versions.
