Mr Langvatn FM16 Tactic Center

I'll try and finish the rest of the 2nd season before i go to bed and post some SS if not i'll post tomorrow night, it might just be a case of getting better players for me personally i have 10m left after the sale of Demarai Gray to Man city so i'll see what i can do in the january transfer market.

In Mr. Ls threads, download links are usual placed in post #1 :)

might use the 3-4-3 as secondary to the 3-2-5 in my Paris FC save, just in case...

Mr Langvatn can you recreate Bayern Munchen tactic 3-3-3-1 (3-3DM-3-1)..with 70% possesion, and their other charms...:D

Playing Stockport in National League North. I'm currently on a 10 game unbeaten run, 7 wins and 3 draws. Can really recommend the 4-1-4-1 for LLM :). Changed F9 to DLF. Switching between overloading and attacking, depending on opposition.

So recommend switch to 3-4-3?

I haven't tried it much in lower leagues, but overall, the 3-4-3 should be a tad better tactic than the 4-4-1-1. However, in your case, you have built a team around the 4-4-1-1, and then the transtion to the 4-4-2 Heavy Metal would be smaller than to the 3-4-3. The 4-4-2 Heavy Metal is also overall a better tactic than the 4-4-1-1. This said, there is no guarantee that a change will be better for YOUR team. The only way to know for sure is to try :)

Defensive Love

Mr. Langvatn. First of all: I love your work! Keep going when you have time, even though you seem to have a lot on your plate apart from FM :)

I just started a save with Coventry using the 4-4-2 Heavy Metal. Looking forward to see how it will turn out in the long term, but so far it seems quite stable defensively. I really like that defense is in focus for once - most often tactics tend to focus on banging in a lot of goals, while conceding in the other end as well.

One quick question: Do you plan on releasing a 4-1-4-1 version (with one DM) based on the Heavy Metal format? I think I saw that somewhere earlier in this thread.

Thanks for sharing :) Yes, maybe after the one I'm working on now. 4-4-1-1 in the Heavy Metal format (with 2xCM).

Nice. I misinterpreted the formation then. But looking forward to trying that one as a second option :)
