In addition to my own players getting 20 consistency etc (hidden stats), injury proneness 1, all opposition teams have that too, and that really shows in the test. Same teams are getting top rankings almost every test.

I know where the problem is.
Actually there are two:
1) Mascherano was unhappy because he is not the first team choice and I told him that there is still alot to go in the season and to be patient - he wasn't happy at all.
2) The second problem: before the match against Real Madrid all the players played for the international teams and came back tired. What can I do in this situation?!? Almost all players came below 90-91. For example MSN were all three below 88 meanwhile CR7 was 95. I ask the international teams managers to play my players for 45 min in their friendlies but they don't listen me each time. I couldn't play with Munir, Sandro...etc. in such an important game.
In other normal matches I usually respect that 92+ condition.

If your best players are tired, you must use your backup alternatives. Don't worry if they aren't as good. If they are fully rested, they will outperform your biggest stars if they are tired. Make sure to have decent backup for each position, so that you can rotate when they get tired.

How did you manage to get shadow strikers at such a low level?

Tonight I'll start again a new save with Barcelona respecting your advices above.
One last question: during the training camp, it's ok to play friendlies? Due to European Supercup against Sevilla it's no time to arrange more than 5 friendlies between the end of the training camp and the match against Sevilla... I ask this question becauase I think it increases the risk of injuries if I play friendlies during the training camp.

Just finished my second season with Novara (first one in Seria B was pretty tough with my own 3-5-2/3-4-3 tactics).

Due to low club' reputation and lack of funds (about 10M for transfers after winning Seria B) we were able to attract only transfer listed players, some loanies and free agents:

The 4-4-2 Heavy Metal is also the current leader of the new tactic test I think (unless I remember wrong what Lucio said on Skype)

Can you please be more detailed about OI's and pre/during match tweaks?
For example, when you play against a weaker opponent? Or a stronger opponent? When you lead on half time? When you are behind after the first half?
It is a sensational achievement (the strongest I saw until now) and I want to learn everything.

Guys we are working a lot on a new tactic testing system. It's an huge project that takes a bit of time. We are going to open the new thread as soon as possible! I think you will be able to see everything tonight or tomorrow.

Prematch tweaks are mainly based on available players. E.g. I just can't afford 2 quality F9, so I had to change role of the one of my strikers: Nicolas Castillo has played most of his matches as CF/S or TM/S. Same situation with DMs and one of the wingers. The main rule is simple: the role is very significant and you should try to adjust roles for best fit of your player' abilities.

I wish I could find any pattern in tweaking during matches. You should watch your matches in comprehensive mode at least and try to respond to any AI changes. The base tactic works incredibly against stronger opponents, especially in away matches. The main idea is to try to predict what may happen if a scoreline changed.
 
Mr L any chance once you have completed the testing on your tactics you could run a small selection of you tactics (say 3 or them, the best, the worst and an average one) again but with a little tweak? I was thinking if you could change the players roles to match that of your tactics we might be able to see a difference and have a better understanding on how player roles affect their performance.

For example test the 4-3-3 Shadow Ninjas tactic and change 3 players preffered role to shadow striker, 2 to wide midfielders etc etc and do the same for the other 2 tactics also.

Would this be possible?
