What strikers perform really well with this tactic? Could use some recommendations, for my Liverpool side only Ings scores 30+ goals per season.

The 4-2-3-1 DM tweak by Serbia the striker scores loads infairness it's a tweak of Sicilian Defence
 
Wow thanks didn't even see it, it looks like a much better formation for me! Can't wait to try it out.

Just finished first season with Watford england premier league. With 442 deep sicilian def v5.
I won premier league easily with 91 pts second place made 75. I also went to both cups final and lost both :/
capital one cup i lost 1x0 against Chelsea and the other cup i lost 4x3 to Arsenal.
I didnt buy any players, just signed brazilian Gabriel Jesus in a loan to be suplent.
 
cheers Mr Langvatn,i used your Deep sicilian defence tactics with the Greek national team and the results were extremely encouraging,in a greek team not so promising as others i reached the Semi Finals of Euro16,got wins even when i was left with 10 men(3/6 matches).

@will1981 hi did you only use the 4-4-2 with leicester or did you tweak some with the tactic? cause i am leicester now and my strikers aint scoring please help me
 
I still keep coming back to 4-4-2 Deep Sicilian Defence v5.
I've tried most of the alternatives - from Eusebio, FMSerbia, Jesaustralia, TFF9 etc, but Deep Sicilian is the only one that consistently performs against the bigger clubs.
Playing with Hull City - won the EPL in season 3 and currently in the quarters of the Champions League in season 4.

Interestingly, Deep Sicilian is my fallback tactic too. Eusebio is great, particularly the tweak version. As are some others, but the AI seems to work them out after a season or so.

Consistency is key and Deep Sicilian provides that.

So it still works? Before the latest patch, deep Sicilian was UNREAL.
 
I have tried every tactic on this forum and hands down the sicilian defense one performs well for me, no matter what team I play with. I consistently win majority of the games and also dominate them.

The sicilian defense tactic is this years diablo, no doubt about it.
 
Still using this tactic with Huddersfield with great succes! Since i have a couple of regens that can only play cm i decided to tweak the tactic a little. I've found that putting a dm in the cm slot with the 'roaming playmaker' role and putting the dm on defend duty makes the tactic a little more dynamic. I feel like the cm picks up a lot of loose balls on the edge of the opponents box, while the dm on defend helps the defence out when the opponent tries to play direct counter attacks. The roaming playmaker also provides a great passing option when trying to build from the back, he is often able to pick the ball up in our own half and go on a run or switch the ball to the other flank. I can't say that this improves the tactic overall, maybe it just proves how stable the base of the deep sicilian v5 is!
