The new 4-2-3-1 uses IF's, but I don't recommend it much compared to my other tactics. The 2-5-3 is still your best bet I think.

I can't use players like Sterling, Bernard, Coutinho in that formation though. ^.^

Retrain them to strikers, and use them as wide strikers maybe These strikers need good crossing etc.

When I've completed the season, yes But working on something else atm. Not enough hours in the day to do everything at once

I don't think it's necessary. Only conceded 3 goals in 12 EPL matches so far.
