Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

Mr L.
What is your recommendation when playing football Manager classic for:

Favourite:
Expecting an even Match:
Underdog:

Some recommended training for Rock classic or this not very important for tactic?
Sry for english

If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't insist on 4-2-3-1. :D I will take Barcelona due to this tactic.:) Out of them I didn't see your 4-1-3-2 Gung Ho. Actually you can update this tactic with new corner tweak and maybe you can convert a mc to amc so it can be fantastic. Like The Legend Ac Milan's tactic.

The best tactic if you want an amc is the degeneration x tactic

I'm giving up on this game. Anyone know how to buy FM12?

Because FM12 had much more bugs to exploit? :) All the greatest tactics in previous FM's were built on match engine exploiting. This year, absolutely no tactic creator has found anything to exploit in the ME. That's why it's "harder" to just plug and play.. And I support the developers for their extra effort this year!

I just have one doubt, the tactic you have on OP with Bayern, which tactic is it?

What are the odds would you say for an even game??,,,,I know there are Even odds in the game but are odds like 5-4 fav classed as Even as well?, or would you only class Evens as Expecting an even Match??

Everything other than when u are favourite or underdog :)

Currently testing the 3-6-1 Sicilian Defense in the Man Utd template save, and ****, it's strong! Almost never conceding...

100x better than the 4-2-3-1 for top teams lol. Maybe this is the heir of the Rock Classic. I have from many sources it's a beast for underdogs, and now I find it's a beast for a top team too!

Been using the 3-6-1 with my Coventry team and it has given me the best result by far. The 4-2-3-1 rock is my back up tactic.

Not necessarily because its harder its just the little things that get to me. Such as getting 3 red cards in the same minute, being up 3-0 on a bad team then half time losing 4-3. Also, in the other fm games even though i used those exploiting tactics I never really had success with them. Maybe I'm just bad at everything :(

You are playing the game through Steam right? so u have the updates etc?

Yes. Why?

Just wondered since you always had bad results. Maybe it wasn't up to date. But if you play on steam, it's always up to date :P
Then I dunno. You never start games with tired players right? always have them above 92%. And get the tactic fluid before league start if possible.

Always, always, always my friend. I think its just that I need the right team talk. I use Raikan's guide, but sometimes things just don't work out right. Do you recommend anything?
