Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

So I have Hazard/Moses - Cavani/Lukaku - Ba/Marin

Just sold mata as I didn't feel he fit there.

Thinking of either Falcao or Neymar to replace, Falcao seems the obvious choice but then again, would neymar fit?
 
Has the tactics high with att movement and rest before and after training been tried with the other tactics? Noticed it on a ss on the first page.
 
anyone got any recommended players for the 2-5-3 V2 tactic?

gk, CBs and WBs i know, but struggling to find DMs and Strikers.

whos people found to be really good in this tactic in these positions?

lukaku is good straight down middle and hazard good on right side of the 3

Neymar is no aerial threat at all, so ye, go for falcao :)
 
Mr L, what u think about using 2-5-3 with national team, when i have very good MC's, but they have no idea how to play on DM position? is it a sense to use 2-5-3 then and put MC's as a DM's?
 
Tactics Angels v2 is cool but maybe find five defensive midfielders already is no mean feat :)
 
Mr.L. 2-5-3v2 is very work for me when i play in home. I beat MU 7-0 my Arsenal. But when I am favourie and play away i cant win What you talk your team when you are favorite and play away.

I´m starting my first season in La Liga BBVA and i´m the weakest team of all. I´m going to use Rock Classic and i wonder if i should use Sicilian Defense when playing Barcelona or Real Madrid away or stick to Rock Classic for the whole season. Thanks in advance.

Same here, had some problems with that

Also, a question to Mr. L, why dont you put 2 MC's in the 2-5-3? would that change a lot the tactics? thx

Yes, sicilian defense may be slightly better if your team is total ****.

If it's possible to train them for the DM position in time for the matches, yeah no probs.

That's most probably because of team gel low level, not the tactic. I had same issues my first season, second season I bought no one and won in average over 5-0 against all the weaker teams.

It changes a lot. You will get a terrible defensive score then, unless your team is epic and it doesn't really matter anymore.

Tried a few of your tactics but 3-6-1 Sicilian Defence is still the best for my Coventry side. I have managed to beat Man U (ok it was a weak side) and Fulham on my way to the capitol one cup quarter finals. Sitting top of the Championship 5 points clear of 2nd. In fact maybe a problem lol as my side would not do well in the prem.

Hehe, so you should defo keep using the 3-6-1 in the prem :) The tactic should be enough to at least keep you over the line.
 
Sorry Mr L quick question but what are the best stats for the striker to have in the 3-6-1. I struggled for goal until i picked up a player called Hans Vendelboe he has 16 goals in 18 starts. I would like another striker for my team when promoted

Maybe get a simliar striker then? :) I found that it's important to have strong physical stats at least.
