I think it's quite important to have one guy up there all the time, as it is your only forward. But you can try other roles on the striker, and I appreciate feedback on such testing

I suggest not changing anything at all since it's working so well.

Plug and play, yeah. Assistant manager team talks, set pieces make ur own or keep it as it is, training=balanced, match prep=defensive positioning

Keep on overload. All player settings are fixed anyway.

After some more testing, I've found that the 4-1-4-1 Rock is more than good enough to use both at home and away.

Yeah i've found too ^^' I have finish my other season with Lazio. 2th behind juventus (Antonio conte and his GOD team ^^') Very good result vs TOP teams but a lot of draw. To compare with my another season, 5 defeat less and only two draw more

I've used Rock vs TOP teams away and home and 4-4-2 Home or when i was losing the match. The complemantarity with these two tactis is really great ! I changed during matches to 4-4-2 to win or come back to the score (65th minutes or 75th minutes) and the results were excellent ! The opponents have some difficulties to adapt to you when you change to 4-4-2 during the match i think I've loose in final in TIM CUP and i've been eleminated in first round qualification after groups in Europa league vs leverkussen, but really no luck during the second match :/ )

Now i lead Ajax. If you want i can test another(s) tactics

Try upping the creativity on the CM's and the DLP to maximum, and reduce the wingers creativity to minimum. (I don't recommend these changes to lower league teams though)

I up de cm's to 20 and dlp to 15, and reduce wingers to 5, i was lossing at the half time 0-2, i do this changes and win 4-2

Now second game started with the same changes i win 5-0

No tweak. Just the one I uploaded at the front page. I'm in 3rd place now, beat City 5-0, Everton 3-0 and Newcastle 1-0.
