Mr L do you think using the 442 gung ho for Home games & the 4141 rock away would work well & have good success like you're having?

Yeah, should work fine. I'm just using the 4-1-4-1 rock in all matches atm, but depends how strong team u have i think. The 4-4-2 could be stronger at home when playing with top top teams.
 
If you have a bad assistant manager, what team talk do yo recommend?
 
Hi, I'm struggling a lot with the 4-1-4-1 Rock tactic.
Changed this season, and massive results in the beginning, but on and on I draw a LOT, can't controll any games in the league, but away against good teams and in Europe it's working well...
My first team is pretty decent as well

I know :) It's really incredible. I've never in 20 years had these good defensive results on any tactic on any team.... I've conceded 2 goals in 20 games on my bayern save, and conceded 0 so far in CL.
 
Man, I have to say it. All these fm-base tactics to Fm2013 are clown. Raikan J.Bloop , DEVASTA , Arrigo Succki , TBH's tactics , nekrezza, and many more in PSG made my team on 18-20, i was smashed on away with MU, Chelsea, RM about 0-5, with top Ligue-1 teams didn't better. 4-1-4-1 seems to be diffrent. First time my team don't lose more goals than stars on the sky, and sometimes I become a shooter on away with top teams :D Good work bro :D 5 stars for you, 1 for rest.
 
Seeing more goals with striker ticked as targetman and supply to feet (rock version) any 1 know if this works?

I don't recommend that myself, sorry. Only tested that with Leeds though, dunno how it is with a top team.
But the crosses are set to mixed targets all over, and more than half of the goals are coming from the midfield because of it. If you set a target man, you become more reliable on one guy and not the entire team.

Mr L, (sorry if this has been covered) do you have any player types to look out for, reason I ask is i've just been given a £10m boost to transfer budget and want to make sure I invest it wisely.

Are my wingers more Tom Ince, pacey ones or more playmakers ? Central midfield, again playmakers or more box to box types.

Seeing these tactics so succesful do the opposition not get used to the tactic and counter it if you play the same tactic every game?
