I usually go with Balanced high + att. movement.

Malte I am now using your tactic, but how do you train your players? Do you put them on positional training? And if so which training for which position.
 
Did anyone test those tactics with crystal palace?(lfc marshall transfers update)
I don't really like to buy players, i'm really cheap in fm, I mostly like to buy them dirt cheap and sell them expensive:P
Anyways, tried 4-4-2 revisited with crystal, no transfers , it sucked, I didn't manage to go beyond 15th place, than, next year tried the 4-5-1 Rock Tripletweak, which worked better, managed to finish 8th, again no transfers, but in the third year i'm on the 17th place again, fighting for "survival".

You did not buy any players.. do you expect to win championship with Crystal Palace with no transfers? It also has to do alot with man management.. ie team talks etc.. just because its a plug n play does not mean you can win with any team :)

I leave the individual training to my assistant manager usually...

I was hoping for a top 10 at least.
Most of you play with strong teams, arsenal, liverpool, man united etc., no wonder you get good results. I'd like to see someone make a tactic for a ****** team like cardiff, west brom, crystal etc, and finish top four every year without spending 20-30 mil every transfer window, now that's what'd call a brilliant tactic.

Wow.. you are so dumb.. if you seen my results before i won championship with peterborough first season etc. i believe its you that are not good with man management etc...

also if you could be bothered to read through the 500 odd pages that makes these tactics special, ud read from the people that have played with poor teams and done amazing, richie takes derby from championship to premier league champs in a couple of seasons, dont be so quick to be a hater :)
 
Exacty. Instead of beeing such a hater you should be glad that people like MrL and my self are so commited. We are trying to provide you guys with good tactics.. it's not just to plug and play and believe that you are going to win with Crystal Palace first season with regular squad.. although it's possible... they have a media prediction of 13, it's because the quality of the players in the squad...
