Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

4-1-4-1 Rock (and Classic) is just insane. Used it for 2-3 seasons. Something to note is that I only played 50% of the games myself, the rest I was on vacation. But also, my team is pretty beast now and sadly, I didn't use it from the start to see how it worked out.

That is the first time I ever saw someone go 38-0-0 in the EPL :)

Playing with Everton, started the season sensationally, sitting in second place by November. January transfer window and it's now very hit and miss, beating Liverpool but losing to Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday. 6th in the league.

Which tactic are you using btw?

Sorry, should have mentioned lol 4-1-4-1 Rock, trying to keep everyone happy but Fellaini and Baines want to leave, maybe that would contribute to it?

Could be. Fits well since it happened during the transfer window. But it could easily turn around again though. Just finish the season I think, and see what happens.

In my experience of using both Rock tactics, if you're looking for success at any level, the original Rock tactic works best, but if you're a top side, the classic Rock is devastatingly good.

Sorry if it has been mentioned before, but who do you set as playmaker in the rock classic tactic? I am assuming the striker.

4-1-4-1 classic for me is the best

I used attacking training and attacking movement on it in the test, but you can choose according to how strong your team is. Def.pos is also very good
