The 4-2-3-1 isn't very reliable imo :) My recommended ones are the 4-1-4-1, 2-5-3 and 3-6-1.

Everything isn't about the tactic mate :) Sometimes your team has a bad run, and we can only accept it and move on. Like, 2nd season my Bayern team didn't lose a match, in fact, I didn't lose a match in 44 games, and suddenly I lose 3-2 against a **** team, and other lesser results follow :) I can't make a tactical change to make the team never have bad periods :) It just happens, randomly, like in real life.

I think I've tried pretty much everything now, and I've released the stuff that works, and deleted the stuff that didn't work so well. So I guess my current set of recommended tactics are enough. I really really can't come up with something I haven't tried before.
 
Hello all. I haven't posted in a while. I wanted to test the 2-5-3 tac but it for me it seems so hard to leave my beloved Inter and start new game, so I continued playing with Inter and for the next 2 seasons I won everything except 1 champions league (lost on semi-finals against Chelsea). I won't post updates from my Inter success but from another one. It was absolutely unexpected.

There was a vacant job for Croatia coach and I took over with 3 games left during the Euro Qualifiers. They were sitting at top of the table with 3 points advantage so I qualified for the EURO with ease. And look what happened at the EURO.

I was using Rock Classic. I have to say I was surprised because most of my players are below average level. The only players at top level were - Mateo Kovacic (who got injured in the 1/4-final), a ML regen at the same level as Kovacic and Sime Vrsaljko. The magic came from retiring Luka Modric (34) who scored 6 and provided 2-3 assists and Nikola Kalinic (32) who scored 4. Against England I had 4 suspended players and 2 injured but despite the fact that I couldn't field my best players, I won.

I think I'm just gonna try to further improve the rock in it's original formation. but beware, this will not be a small task, and will take ages tweaking and testing.
 
with my wolves save i won the league with them on 92 points with the Angels v2 tactic it worked very well i also won the FA cup, unfortunately my save got corrupted so i could not post my final result. Im thinking of using your rock tactic in my next save i will post how im doing.

Hmm. Im trying to get the 2-5-3 angels tactic going but it just isnt working for me! I am liverpool, first season, bought Jovetic & Shaw. After nearly 12 premier games I am about to get fired! Morale is low, so im trying to pick it up but if you cant win, its always bad!

Have you guys got any tips for me?
 
^ I changed pretty much all of my backroom staff aswell... do you think this will have an effect?

I also feel like I have lost the player power, its like they dont trust me. Any team talk either has no effect what so ever or it is negative.

I havent lost a game in the euro cup, and im placed around 15th in the prem...

Hey mate. Liverpool is actually the team used in my big tactic test, and the 2-5-3 did extremely well in it. Hmm, is the tactic 100% fluid? Do you rotate the team a bit? Are the players "green" in their positions? Are you using any opposition instructions or preferred moves? (don't use any of these). There are so many things to think about. Hard to pinpoint what you're doing wrong :)

Maybe they had some favourite personell that you fired :)

I have tried almost every tactic in a week but I didn't find a better than your tactics. I think you are the best tactician in this year. I have played with rock and 2-5-3 and won every cup and bored. I search different tactic and basic formation. Will you share a new tactic these times. I wait a successful tactic for new career.
 
I've tried Rock Classic... Monster TactiK... Only God could beat me !!!!

I've tried your New 2-5-3 V2, because I'd like to try a new one and because 3 strikers are very exciting me But...
I can not get decent results

Yet, I am currently involved with Chealsea, I do not change anything that was my success with the Rock ....
So I was wondering if it may be needed more patient with this tactic ?
