Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

MrL Can you update 4-5-1 and 4-4-2's corner and set pieces with your tweak?
 
Do you have suggested training for 4-5-1 Rock Tripletweak (Jassar/Malte/Mr L)?

first things first this is the first time i am looking a fine like this but as far as ur team won i dont mind giving 5k for every win i gets .

jokes apart ---- i know the tackling is hard in these tactics but that's the + point in these tactics . players are working hard to win ball back , so i think as far as u are winning and not getting red cards every other game its fine .
 
I'm gonna take a break from testing now, as I've tested insanely much these last days, kinda tired of it. I will finish it later, but I am 100% certain that there won't be any new ones taking the lead.
 
How on earth did the rock classic only get 48 points!!!! Did you get a bad start, I find that if you lose a couple of games early on then you suffer for it early season and then pick up once you win a couple, if you win the first game then you usually continue to do well. There has to be other factors involved in the results because the rock classic is one of the best and no way is it 20 points worse than some of the others, in fact it is better than a lot of the others that beat it in those tests and that comes from testing it with 7 or 8 different teams.

It's because this is the hardest tactic test to win. And I'm afraid Rock Classic is outdated by some superior tactics now, with the help of Malte and Jassar :) The Rock is still a very good tactic, but these last ones are close to 100% perfection.
 
Just started my own personal game, playing cardiff city with lfcmarshall's update (so they are in the prem). Got City first match, won 1-0, they had 1 shot , hahaha. 4-5-1 tripletweak!

Not sure I agree. Here are my results with Academica from Portugal using the 451 tripletweak:
Not been having the best of luck, most games I have about 35-40% possession and the opposition tend to always be pushing for a goal. Also my best striker has played 8 games in the League and not scored a single goal :(

None of my tactics are possession based, they are actually the complete opposite. And I can promise you that this tactic isn't the problem. Is it 100% fluid? And how is your team gel level? (Staff-assistant manager-reports-team talk feedback)

As Mr L said. It's not that much of a difference. Just change to aim at near post if you wan't it to be more like the rock instructions. Good luck

Agree with Mr L. It's based on many factors. Are your players matchfit? How are you doing with man management? Beeing to harsh or to cautious in your team talks? Buying to many new players to a squad can have bad effect on the hole squad? It's way more factors that can be crucial, such as training etc... and ofcourse.. switching between different tactics in an ongoing season is a bad thing.. (if that's the case). And last but not least... there is no such thing as ONE tactic for EVERY team, it may be so simple that it actually not fits your squad and type of players. :)
