I played two seasons with Guiseley from England. First season I won Skrill league North. Second season I ended 3 in Skrill Premier and went into playoff and got promoted. When you think of the ****** playerbase you have avaible its pretty awsome. I never changed match prep. in second season mid-season. I lost 4-5 mathces in a row, but still ended as 3 th. When do you guys change match prep. ?

If your team is favored to win games then attacking movement is better, this is interchangeable however and has no effect on the tactic just provides a boost for the match

Just got ruined by Chelsea 3-0 at home, with Tottenham in my 2nd season. 1.5 of the goals came from set pieces. First half we outplayed them, but then they hit back. Had my LB and CB injured before match, maybe it was that.

I'll post my table when the season is over.

Edit: Any suggestions for away matches? I just checked away table and while I'm 1st at home, I'm 5th at away, so there's obviously a problem there.

And also, I'd like to repeat my question; Is it considered cheating having the pass-type use of corner? Tough, g*d knows how much I conceded from set pieces, ridiculous throw ins etc... Just wanted to clear my conscience.

Your team will perform better at home than away, I do not change anything for away games,

The short corner is a different approach which has been suggested is an exploit, I have removed the New set pieces file as there was an error in it which lead to performance issues with the tactic. The original tactic has no exploits and works best in my opinion

Just started a game with Southampton lost 4 out of 6 pre season games not fussed tho more about fitness etc but just played first league game pumped off of man city 3-0 goin to keep goin with it tho as I've made good signings n got rid of a lot of deadwood so got a really good squad. I signed zucilini (free) khune, milosevic, padoin (loan) javi Garcia (loan) and a decent right back for backup to clyne. Hopefully ill kick on now after city defeat will keep u posted

Too many transfers in or out will upset team chemistry this will affect how the team plays and also how fast it learns the tactic,

Yeah I signed them at start of season I'm fully fluid in all three slots with formation now so fingers crossed I can do well. Won both league games since city defeat and league cup game only downside was losing ward-prowse to a broken leg 5-6 months :( And Davis to broken arm 1-2 months. Training lallana to play mr n Ramirez ml

So you don't use short corners anymore?

Could you elaborate on how using the short corners causes performance issues? Thanks.

I do not use the short corners, I included them and tested them for a season and scored 35 goals from corners in my own game so thought that they would improve the success the tactic had, this update also had changes to free kicks and throw ins which lead to more goals for my team, however were more risky and lead to conceding more from counter attacks.

The short corners is not what caused performance issues, some team and player settings had been changed on my test file which lead to poorer performances. these were not fully corrected before the release of the new set piece tactic, which is the "error" I meantioned.

Tactic just ain't working played 10 epl games lost 8 won 2 wtf lol

can you please upload SS of your team and also some of the games you lost?
I had southampton roughly 7 points clear at christmas during a test season i had

Hey I scrapped it gonna start from scratch but any hints, tips on what u did/ didn't do with Southampton would help cheers

Don't know if I was doing the training correctly.i.e Training players for new positions or focus on position. Help with that side of it would be good. Did u sign any1 when u went them? I brought in 6 n sold 6

Sign a centre half to partner lovren, i'd recommend balanta/doria both are world class after a couple seasons.
sign diame from west ham or fernando i think it is for cover in dmc. tutor luke shaw with lovren

line up something like

gk- boruc
rwb- clyne
lwb- shaw
CB's- lovren + balanta/doria
dmc- your choice of wanyama or diame/fernando
cm(s) - schneiderlinn, wanyama, cork
cm(a)- scneiderlinn, ward-prawse, davis
rw - lallana, davis, do prado
lw - ramirez, lallana
f9- osvaldo, rodriquez,

I dont think southampton are that great in the striker area and should be improved soon also but this is the team i used pretty much all the time

I'm starting with them in a network game tomorrow and will be applying the same theory

Thanks for the info.

So basically you're saying that the original version is best now?

Who did u train for new positions? No lambert in ur team I thought he would be ideal for f9 position? When do u change the team training do u go heavy until first league game also individual training do u go heavy for entire season?

yes the original is best as it does not contain the errors, this is my fault for rushing the update out.

sorry for inconvenience

new positions are for the wingers and wanyama to dmc position.
team training is heavy till first league game yes, individual training is always heavy
I have a bit of an ocd that when a player gets to 30 he is dead to me lol unfortunately lambert is plus his physical stats sort of suck. i tend to sell these players on unless i can use them as tutors.
