I dont really add these to be honest, I just run with whatever the players have
I have had the tactic fully fluid for the start of the season using this method, however prior to creating this tactic I had 3 different tactics set up and wasnt fully fluid by november, so I understand where you are coming from. This method works for me and it is however entirely up to you how you train the tactic
Grab dos Santos from Barca as your CDM for loan and Simao (can play both wings) for 250k pounds for WHU mate. Both are big-team killersIf i ever get started, keep getting the top 6 teams in my first 6 games.

That would be correct yes, I do start my season from the Germany start date though
I'm back. As promised. I'm using Sunderland. I've been trying to look for a tactic that really suits my squad and at the same time getting results. I've browsed through & used quite an amount of tactics in here but none works for my Sunderland team. All I ever see in those posts/threads are people testing the tactic(s) using big teams & those famous teams eg. the BPL top 6 teams, dortmund, b.munich, RMadrid, Barca etc. For heaven's sake they're using ****** top teams, of-******-course any tactic will work for them but not for those using lower tier teams like Sunderland.
Then I came across yours, read through it, decided to give it a go. I'll stop right here and let the pictures speak for itself. I started using your tactic mid Oct2014.

Now, Sunderland is not rich. I don't get 10s of millions quids to spend every season. Players in the squad are really ******, no disrespect to Sunderland fans. But your tactic give me results with the players that I have at hand. For your benefits, here's my existing squad:

All in all, you saved my Sunderland from brink of relegation, saved me from getting the sack and my players are happy again.
Basically, I just plug N' play your tactic. Everything else is handled by my assman. One thing to note is that some games I tend to lose in terms of possession % but my shot-on-goal & shot-on-target rates are really comparable to the opposition, if not better.
I'm in Jan2015, hunting for free players to come in the summer. I'll report here again after season ends.

Is tactic fluid in all area's,
I wouldn't be too upset by a 3-2 defeat by spurs or a 2-1 loss to man city those are good teams.
Do you have a squad that suits the tactic?

Hi mate, thanks for the feed back you are doing really well with Sunderland, the possession battles do tend to be won by the most technically gifted sides so these will improve as your team does.
The familiarity will affect performance have you changed to defensive positioning as match prep and balanced general yet?
try changing this to balanced average
Balanced trains everything including tactics and team cohesion equally which should help learn it quicker.
Team Cohesion is good as it helps new players blend into the team faster i think.
I can't understand what is going on - my second season with the tactic - and besides of making some good transfers - we still play very and very unstable. Forward do not score enough - we have one of the best defence in league but do not score enough. It just don't work for my team..
Ouch... my players were just waiting for me to post this message here and after it they became unstoppable - 4 games in 7 days - 4 wins and very tired squad.
I've just changed formation to .NewSetPiece one and found new assist with better motivation and tactics skills

I think this improves how the team gets along with one another and hastens the process of New players gelling with the squad.
Great formation was losing games for fun until i used the Callamity's-Best-Tactic-FM14.NewSetPiece.tac, after 17 games won 15 and lost two games, one to chelsea and one to man utd. playing with arsenal

Sorry mate I don't understand why your getting such bad results,
This tactic has been thoroughly tested and so long as thesquad is suitable and morale is good then you should win most games against equal or smaller opposition and give the bigger teams a challenge
