Bah....was on a good run as you will see below but it wasnt to be. still not a bad season in league 1
 
not bad mate 4 points off the playoffs, regroup and strengthen and go for the automatic places next season
 
Unlucky mate, like Danny said, regroup, get some more players, more depth and I reckon you'll get into the Championship one way or another :)
 
I know mate i was 5th i think at one point and then it just fell away in a few games. I think i have brought in the right defensive options now so fingers crossed.

Here is how i am getting on so far in my 5th season in charge
 
i done something very similiar with wycombe i started unemployed and just before january i got aproached from wycombe they were 15th and only 15 points off the top so i went them and i am currently in the championship after going up through the playoffs then finishing 2nd in league 1 i am currently 3rd with 10 games to go and i still have to play west ham how are top and shefield united in second both at home and they are only 5 and 6 points ahead of me with bristol 12 points behind it looks a 3 horse race but this is football and anything could happen

With the girlfriend working split shifts at the pub today i have been on this almost all day/night

can you blame me? what a finale it was i had to beat Millwall away to make sure and thank god i did.

Check out Balde now...what a find he was

Hopefully i can stay in the championship...i might be here a while yet with some of the sides like Aston Villa spending 8m on players

How much have you spent over the seasons you have been playing mate if you know?
Just wondering how much it costs to get them up there and keep em there.

I have spent a grand total of 12k. I have just been working the free transfer market and just keeping players on for a year at a time...if i want them to stay i offer them a new deal

The Skin is called Turnstyle 09 and if you search the downloads you will find it there. I didn't think i had the patience either but it's my last game so why not?

Yea still loving it...gets annoying when you see the big teams signing players you would normally love to go for but it's still enjoyable
 
Nice going Kris.I might do one of these when FM 10 comes out,i cant be chewed now though,no point really,im just passing time till October when we get the new FM and new Pro Evo.Bring it on,i cant wait.

I think your doing a class job mate, your working well in the market by getting players for a year and if you want them offering a new deal, I'm doing that with AFC Wimbledon, it's probably the best technique for LLM and getting players :) In my opinion, doing this makes it a lot easier to get successive promotions and achievements in LLM. Keep it up Kris :)
 
I'm with J P Woody, I think I'll probably do something similar to this when I get FM 2010.
