Hi guys, I'll be back and resume the testing SOON..
meanwhile, I really need strong input on which tactics to be tested on 12.1.1??
I wanna continue the test starting with the tactics that are made OR proven successful with the latest patch..
the unproven OR unknown 12.1.1 tactics will get their turn in latter rounds..
lets start with big guns shall we...??

PS: pliz include thread and download links along with your suggestion..
another thing, if there are more than one versions, pliz clarify exactly which version you want me to test..

Any of Raikan's - though preferably Pure Perfection CCC, Might and Magic, Short and Sweet

also, Man Utd 12.0.4
 
Raikan's the star atm for FM 2012 imo. I've tried JP's(I'm still a huge fan JP :p) but for me my best success's started with Raikans.

Also Raikans are almost tailored to be used with Man United to, so the setup is not very hard to understand if you use his.

ahaa.. another one.. how can I miss him.. his tactic was one of the top four tactics in my 2011 testing..

Perhaps include a normal 442 made with the TC by just chosing a standard formation. This way, we will see how the teams should perform

This is a good idea as it will give us an idea of how the default TC tactics perform in relation to the downloadable ones :)

Also, I suggest that you test Knap's tactics as they look to be very good plug and play ones. They are on the SI forum.

are you suggesting to test the default tactics given when we install the game? what is TC anyway?? : )
I did that as my pilot testing project.. findings: the flat 442 I found (on Man Utd) default tactic screen is the best.. I think all teams given that tactic, but it suits Man Utd the best..
btw, will look up for the Knap's tactic, and some other at SI forum.. thanks!

I meant that you should include a default tactic as well. If wanting à 442, then just pick " set to formation " in the drop meny. This way, you Will ser how the team performs with à balanced standard approach, working like an index of how the team should perform if not making any tactical choices at all.

aah.. I'm starting to get your saying.. I actually did something like this as a pre-testing.. not as comprehensive as what the real testing will be, but managed to finish whole season in Premier League.. as mentioned above, Man Utd flat 442 (default) was better than some other.. btw, I'm still wandering what TC is?? :p

TC is the Tactics Creator.

Also, TheBetterHalf can correct me if I am wrong but I feel that her Big Tactic Pack from last year still works, I just have not tested it enough to say conclusively so maybe give one of those a try? :)
