Playing 9.3.0, Fantastic tactic at home win 85% of my games, but away from home get beaten by 2 goals every time, lots of chances but cant find the net.

Anyone got any help on away tactics?

At home it's awesome, can't complain at all. We dominate position, and the quality of attack is very good. Threatening from corners. The one weakness would be freekicks I think, only scored 1 goal from a free kick, but i'm not sure how to go about tackling this.
Away from home we have the same quality of attack, infront of goal we look threatening. However, we do not have the same quantity of attack, and can find it hard to get possession of the ball. I often have 20 minute spells where I come under wave of attack without much of a counter. My defence copes well though. But once again, when we are in attack I feel we could score at any moment.

Nice mate. For the freekick, I suggest you to buy Matias Fernandez or Balotelli. They are one of the best freekick taker in the game. You need one or two players that actually stay forward when freekick or corners was given to the oppenents. The rest of player need to marking and building the wall. Do not set your defender to make the wall because it easy to them to cross the ball to their defender. Defender need to marking the tall player.

Im glad that its work for you. By the way, for the striker you need train them to "move into channels". I like to put winger and AMC as a playmaker.

What season are you now? Because I do not seen Ronaldo. Ohh..you already have Balotelli..so set him as a fteekick taker. You still can win a league. Are you use this tactic in start of the season?

Ur welcome. Buy Zhirkov because he is amazing. Vargas will become World Class Winger but he maybe not interesting to join any club for the 1st season. Just wait to sign him in January transfer window.

That's good houghtie14. Both of them is world class player. You can make Moutinho as a deep-lying playmaker or roaming playmaker.

I agree with him aswell, I also having difficulties with some of my away matches. Overall this tactic is good but defensive wise i think need some improvements reasons; away matches and im having trouble against stronger teams like chealsea, man utd, arsenal ( Im man city)

But the other attributes is different.

So, the defender that you need is likes Ferdinand and Vidic that I used at Man Utd. Other are Sakho, Mexes, Fazio, Marcano and other that have high attributes of tackling, heading and marking.

i will try v7 because i were using v4. as you request it here is my line up. At moment im waiting for January so i can sell and buy new players i would appreciate any recommendation. ps my feedbacks were based on my previous game

Ok. In my opinion, your attacker is awesome including winger except Shaun. Your backline is not good enough except Srna. Srna is one of the best player in the game. He is world class player.

The midfielder need more backup and Elano can be as backup, but you need to find someone that can react as a playmaker likes Matias Fernandez, Alan Dzagoev, Veloso and Moutinho. Moutinho is better than Gago because he is better in mentality and can shot long range. This attributes is better for the MCd that do not need to going forward as he can cover the defense line.

So, you need to change your first team. You can compared the player from your team with my suggestions players in the screen shots. And of course your team have big money to spent because you are Man City team. If not, sell the players that not suitable so you can get the extra money. Bring the player that will become world class.

We had same goal difference, but i had scored more goals, so thats how i won it first season.

Because i was always losing or drawing away from home, so decided to tweak the instructions, and now i have no trouble away or home, it even works against teams in Champions League.



Ronaldinho finished as topscorer in the first season with 27 goals, and Kaká with 25.
Pato came 3rd with 22 goals.


Won all my games versus Roma, and look at the blending 0-4 victory.

Wow..that's great AliBabah. Seems the tactic is good for your team. Yeah, I like to hearing from you because you already have tweaked the tactic. This is the moment that I'm waiting for. Nice mate. My recommendation, buy Ronaldo and train him as a striker. Now, Ronaldo scores for me 59 + 58 + 42 goals = 159 goals in 3 season with Man Utd.

Btw, I don't understand some of the team instructions that you have tweaked because the language. Can you explain in details and how about the player instructions? Do you tweaked it too?
