My Man Utd in Patch 9.3.0

I play with AC Milan
I won a small treble in my first season, with luck, by finishing with 100 points, like Inter.
They won first game 1-0, i won the second 3-2.
We had same goal difference, but i had scored more goals, so thats how i won it first season.

But i have tweaked the team instructions a lot, and made them more creative and attacking, and high pressure.
Because i was always losing or drawing away from home, so decided to tweak the instructions, and now i have no trouble away or home, it even works against teams in Champions League.



Ronaldinho finished as topscorer in the first season with 27 goals, and Kaká with 25.
Pato came 3rd with 22 goals.


Won all my games versus Roma, and look at the blending 0-4 victory.

Great tactic.

Btw, I don't understand some of the team instructions that you have tweaked because the language. Can you explain in details and how about the player instructions? Do you tweaked it too?

Although its a different language, I'd bet its exactly the same layout as in english, so you can just match up the bars....all except free kicks and corners

I see. But for the column likes target man supply, marking and focus passing are hardest to me to understand. ^^)

Anyway, i haven't changed any player instructions, since i already think the ones you're tactic had (the latest V7 one) were very good, even for corners.
So basically i have changed nothing, but only the team instructions.

I will try to tweak some of the player instructions, like Aguero, to see if i can get more goals out of him, and i will report back.

Evans and Thiago Silva are banging in goals from corners, not as much as Vidic and Ferdinand, but still decent.


I use fast strikers, like Aguero and Pato, so i make through balls for them, so that they can run through the defence and get a goal.

Aguero just finished with 22 goals in 48 games, but he had 18 assists, so it's not so bad.

I have used Ronaldo as a striker, but that's in my United game.
I can't buy him with AC Milan, he does not wanna switch.

I have look at the preffer move for Ronaldo in his position mode and it have;
-Run with ball right flank
-Get into the opposotion areas
-Shoots with power
-Hit freekick with power

And I train him as a striker that I set him to adapt he's games by "Move into channel". So, you can set to your stiker like that.

I also noticed all midfielders and strikers except the holding midfielder (Hamsik) have Free role. SUrely this means they pay no attention to your instructions? I'll try the formation and see what happens. If I find the football is too messy, I will remove some of the Free Roles

Indeed i have a lot of free roles, but that's because i want them to play with creativity.
My playmakers are Anderson, Kaká, Vargas, Mata, Diego and Hamsik.
The reason i gave the striker a free role, is because he is not really doing well if he is only bound to score.
He finished with 18 assists in my 2nd season, because i gave him a free role, which means he links up play better.

ahh good thinking on the striking I am using Ledesma who is more defensive than Hamsik so I removed his free role. I have only played 2 games so far but I beat Sunderland 5-2 so there's lots of goals hehe. Will report back once I've played more games

Nice AliBabah. I was recognized that my 4-4-2 tactic is conceded many goals and I think v7 One is conceded less goal. Now, seems the tactic can be used either home and away games perfectly for your team. I'm glad to hearing form you.

So, keep going AliBabah. Try to make your striker scores a lot of goals and I will waiting a news from you.

That's right. Vargas is great player and Marcelo will increase your attacking side. It's good to sold Ronaldinho. Now, you need a player that can react as midfielder playmaker likes Ronaldinho. Balotelli maybe suit to your team. Btw, thanks for the post and tweaked tactic.

I also have Cesar Azpilicueta. He is doing a good assist and defense to my Man Utd team. You need to train him to adapt his game by running with bal to the right flank.

I used "run with ball is often" because he has a good dribbling and crossing. But, I have set him to "cross from is mixed", so he will cross the ball in the suitabale position (not to far and not to forward).

That's right AliBabah. The player that we give free role need to have the higher attributes of decision, determination, creativity and flair. So, this player can used he's determination and decision to supply either short or long passing.

And basically, for the big teams they have a lot of creative player. So, that's why we give they higher of creative freedom and free roles then they can play better with thier higher attributes.

Yes mate, i don't know if i can go in and bring my starting XI from my first season, if i can, please tell me how.
But i tell you what i did.

I terminated Shevchenko and Senderos contracts(they are on loan), because i want a stable balance with the economy, because if things go well, they give you like 30-40£ mio. For the first january transfer window.

I got Asenjo, and Santon in the first window.
You should also try to sell Seedorf and Ambrosini.

The reason why i did that, is because i needed to gather some money.

Is it Tevez and Rooney as a rotation squad? They are better than Hulk and Milvesky. For the 1st season, they are not good enough but in the 2nd and 3rd season they are best.

Similar to me when play against Chelsea in the 1st season. It's hard to win against them. Their tactic is killer. But now I can win against them because of Ronaldo as a striker. Ronaldo is best player in man utd squad. Try to train him as a striker.

this window if not i will in january. i'm also trying to fend of chelsea from stealing andrea pirlo from me.

Who did you play at left midfield in the first season cause i dont know who to play there?
