I do all, OI's and training leave to my assistant with Motivating 15, Tactical knowledge 15, mental 16 and man management 16..but i don't win. Tips?

Not done a full season with this yet but from my experience so far this seems to be a tactic that really relies on good moral management.

Also having good defenders is also crucial.

1st season with Derby using this tactic. Added PI More risky passes to CM support players. Also if I'm having difficulties scoring I change the team instructions. Mostly change mentality (attacking) and tempo (high). But I started the matches with the 4-3-3, some with the 4-3-1-2.
