Hello, before I start I'd just like to say my Aston Villa story is still going, and I will still be updating it. Also I know I've done a lot of stories but I promise this will be my last. If I do make a new one? I give a member of staff permission to ban me (H)

Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli, commonly referred to as Napoli, is an Italian professional football club based in Naples and founded in 1926. The club has spent most of its history in Serie A, where it currently plays its 2009–10 season.
Napoli has won Serie A twice, in 1986–87 and 1989–90. It has also won Coppa Italia in its home country three times and one Italian Super Cup, and on the European stage has won the UEFA Cup in 1988–89. Napoli is also the most successful club in Southern Italy and the fourth most supported football club in Italy.
The club has had several name changes since first appearing in 1926; the most important of these was in 1964, when it was changed from Associazione Calcio Napoli to Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli. The most recent change was in 2004, when the club went bankrupt but was refounded by film-producer Aurelio De Laurentiis as Napoli Soccer; he restored the name to Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli in early 2006.
----------
It's the 7th July, and a huge group of fan's have gathered out side the San Paolo stadium, after there was rumors about a the manager leaving the club, many fan's did not believe what was being said, but you could tell they where not sure. It was around 13:00 when the club's Chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis came outside and had this to say to the fan's.
"The members of the bored and the manager have had several meeting's over the last 4 day's and we have decided we need changes at the club, and one of the changes we have made if sacking the manager, I know it's a drastic change but we do feel it will be beneficial for the club in years to come"
He did not say who would be the next manager, but we have been told we'll find out in the next 2 day's, and no doubt the fan's will be back here wanting to see who will try and drive the club forward.
----------
Who Will Take Napoli Forward..
It's been 24 hour's since Napoli fan's found out they now had no manager at the club, and over the last 24 hour's there has been rumor's about who the next manager will be. The bookies have also started to take bet's and have a list of 4 managers who they think could be the new manager if they are right of not? Is anyone guess.
1. Rafael Benitez
2. Diego Maradona
3. Steve Bruce
4. Alex Mcleish
5. 'The Special One'
These are the managers that many people see as top contenders for the job, other people think it will never happen, and some people are just confused with the going ons that have happened over the last 24 hour's. One thing is for sure, they will all be much happier once they have a new manager, that was they can start to try and take the club forward.
----------
The New Manager
It's been 48 hour's, and again a huge group of fan's have gathered outside the stadium, awaiting the news on the new manager of the club. Many of the fan's have said they don't mind who the new manager is, and they will give him a chance to prove he can take the team forward, one of the fan's had this to say "Whoever the new manager is I and I'm sure many of the other fan's will back him 100%, if we don't it will just make his job harder, and we will give him time to show what he can do at the club"
So the fan's will be behind the new manager whoever he is.
The club's Chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis has arrived at the stadium, and has stood on the stair's outside the ground. Before saying a word he stood there for around 10 minutes not saying anything, but had a smile on his face before giving this statement.
"I did say you would find out in 2 day's and it's time to tell you what you all want to know, the new manager of the club will be.. Danny Carter"
At this point the fan's stood in silence, only a hand full clapping and making some sort of noise
"We know Mr.Carter is a unknown person and manager to you, and he was to us. This will be his 1st managerial job and we know it's a risk, but we are sure it will pay off and be a good decision in years to come. Mr.Carter has only signed a 1 year contract and we have said if he does well? We will definitely offer him a new contract, we did say we would not be setting him any expectations for the season, but he decided to set his own.."
At this point, the new Napoli manager Danny Carter had made his way outside to give this speech to the fan's.
"First of all, I would like to say thanks you for coming out here today and welcoming me to the club, I am very happy to be here and I hope down the year's we can get to know each other and make this club more of a family. The club did not set me any expectation but I've decided to set myself a few."
"With the media and many people saying the club will finish 12th in the league? I've decided to set a target of getting 10th+ in the league, with the team? Fan's? And staff? We can do this."
"I also want to be a top 4 team in Italy within 4 season's or less, this will be a hard task, as many other teams will be pushing do also do this, but I still feel we can do this as a club, and I hope you back me all the way"
The fan's had been outside for a hour now and decided to start leaving, they got the news they wanted, they said they would back him, now they want to see the manager bring success to the club. Only time will tell if he can.

Straight To Work...
It's been 2 day's since I was appointed the new manager of Napoli, and it's a great feeling to be the manager of such a big football team, and it makes it all even better when you have people at the club coming up to you and are saying 'Welcome To The Club', 'Good Luck', 'Hope You Do Well' I was not expecting that, but it put a smile on my face, and has made me settled easier. But I had to get right to work.
So.. The first thing I did was was take a good look at my team, and to be honest the team seems pretty good, I don't really think I'll need to make drastic changes, but I will need to make some changes and maybe bring in some players due to them having a pretty small team, so I'll need to bring in players to add to the team and who will add something to the team.
I have been looking around for players for about 24 hour's and I've got some target's, and I did make bid's but some did get rejected, and some did get accepted but players rejected contracts.
I did manage to sign 3 players in the last 2 day's and the players who I have signed are:
Ezequiel Carboni - £3 Million - Once I have done the tactic side of stuff? I needed a player who would win the ball, and Carboni fit's the bill I think, and he only cost £3 Million, so it's a good deal in my eye's.
Gilberto Silva - £3.2 Million - I don't think I need to say much on why I did sign him? He is a top class player, with experience playing at the top level for Arsenal in the premier league & Champions league so he will be a good player for us, who will add something to the club.
Markus Heikknen - £2.6 Million - A center-back, who I did buy just for back-up, and that is what I will do with him at 1st I think, but I'm pretty sure he will be pushing for a first 11 spot, and it will be good to see if he can push his way into the first 11.
So that is it on the transfer side of stuff, I don't expect to sign anyone else, and I'm not going to sell anyone.
----------
The Tactic
So.. The tactic, If we are going to do well and push the club forward? I can't just stick 11 players out and expect them to win, well I could but it would be a total mess, so we needed a tactic, and after having a look at the time I've decided to use 3-1-2-1-3, not the most know tactic in the great game, but I feel it will do us well playing down the middle of the park rather then on the wing's.
View attachment 57985
That is the tactic with the team that will be playing most games.
It's a attacking tactic and I feel Quagliarella, Hamski and Silva will be key for us, they seem to be our 3 best players I feel and if they can work together? It should be fun stuff to watch. We will just have to wait and see.
I'll be using a small pitch, as It will help due to the fact we will be playing down the middle, and we should be at our best at home, it's away the problems will start if they team play on a wide pitch and like to get ball's on the wing's as we won't keep are shape and things could get messy. But we will see how it goes and I may need to change.
----------
Pre-Season
I love Pre-Season, I really do it's a good time to test new tactic's, try young players, and really test out anything you can on a football pitch, and you'll then know what players are playing good? Which tactic best suits the team? Stuff like that it's a good time of the year.
The game's we did have in Pre-Season where pretty easy game's for us, out of all the team's we did play? I've heard of 1, and that was our reserve team so I was not worried about having any tough game's.
Result's
Napoli 4 - 0 Napoli Reserves
Jena 0 - 3 Napoli
AlbinoLeffe 0 - 2 Napoli
Benevento 1 - 3 Napoli
Cavese 0 - 1 Napoli
Aversa Normanna 0 - 4 Napoli
So as you can tell, not a very hard Pre-Season for us, during all the game's I felt we where the better team in them all, controlled the games, and did not make many mistakes which is what I like to see. We worked well as a team and passed the ball around well. We also scored some good goals, team goal's and individual goals, some of them where sloppy or maybe lucky? But at the end of the day a goal is a goal.
