January - Dropping ​

It's not been a very good month for us on, or off the pitch. We've only managed to win 2 game's in the whole month, 4 of the game's where against big team's in Italy and maybe by the look of it it's been a good month? But we should have got more out of it then we did.

In the 2 game's we lost looking at the stats of those game's we did deserve to lose, but we played some good football in those game's and created some good chances, we maybe did deserve something out of the game's.

The game's we drew? Yes, they where against big team, but the way we played in them game's we did deserve 3 point's out of both of them, I felt we where the better team's in both game's, and the team played well.

The game's we won, are game's who should be winning, and we did so I'm happy with that, we played well in the game's and the result's where fair, maybe could have got more goal's in the game's but with 2 strikers fit for the whole month, and we have 3 playing upfront? We where not at full strength, so I can understand why.

Off the pitch it's not been the best month either, as it's January? The transfer window is open and having around £14 Million to spend I was looking to make the team bigger and stronger, and having made 4-5 bid's for player's we've only managed to sign 1 player. Artem Milevskyi, who is a very good buy, but he's our only buy. I was hoping for 2-3 more player's but I suppose I'll have to wait till the end of the season to do what I had planned.

In this month, we have dropped 2 places, and I'm pretty angry with that, cause we should have got 4 more point's then we did, and if we did get the point's we would be sitting in 3rd now. But cause we did not get them it's 6th for us, but if I just stop and look at the table? I'm happy, we are predicted 10th? And we are 4 places above that so it's going good for us, and we are above Juventus, if you're doing that you're doing good, Right?​

February - 4 Out Of 4​

The Game's
It's been a very good month for us, we've picked up 12 point's from 12. I can't ask for anymore then that from the team, and they have fully deserved it, they have played well in all the game's and in each game have gained more confidence which has helped in the game's after. We've also been better in front of goal, and stronger at the back. This month has given us more confidence, and has moved us up in the league. I just hope we can keep it up.

My Player Of The Month - Germán Denis
Before this month? Denis has not had the best season ever, he's not be getting the goal's he and the team have needed, but this month he seems to have found his shooting boot's getting 6 goal's in 4 game's and it's been down to him we've done so well this month. Let's hope this has give him the confidence he needs to score more goal's.

The League - 3rd
At the end of last month, we where sitting 6th in the league, and in only 4 game's we have moved up 3 places? I'm more then happy with that, and if you look at the table now we are above team's like A.C. Milan, Juventus, Roma & Udinese, I don't care what anyone says if you're above team's like that? Your having a good season.

Some bad news for the club today, our star player Marek Hamsik, will be out of action for 8-10 month's with a Viral Infection.

About The Infection.
A viral infection is any type of infection that is caused by a virus, which is even smaller than bacteria and is encapsulated by a protective coating so it is more difficult to kill than bacteria. This is why it is so difficult to treat viral infections. Viruses cannot grow or exist, though, without host cells.

March - Is It Possible oO)​

The Game's
With 5 game's this month, we had 15 point's to play for, and at the end of the month we've only picked up 9, I'm still happy with that, we can't be expected to win every game we play, and we've won 3 out of 5, I'm sure most managers would be happy with that. I know I am. The Lazio game we lost 3-0, I'm not exactly sure how, I thought we where the better team, and by a bit actually, we created more chances, and better chances during the game and felt we should have taken the 3 point's but we never, and we had to deal with that. The game's we won, we did deserve the 3 point's in all the game, I'm happy with how the team played. And I'm happy.

My Player Of The Month - Germán Denis
Again, I'll have to say Denis he's only got 2 goal's this month, but they have been important goal's for us, and he's also created 1 or 2 this month. He's stood out from other players in the team, he looks sharp and his confidence is high. And it's showing on the pitch.

The League Table - 3rd
At the end of this month, just like the end of last we are sitting 3rd in the league, and like I said before for a team predicted 10th, it's super for the club. And we are only 5 point's behind Inter who are top of the league. If we can stay in this position by the end of the season? What a season we would have had.

Is It Possible?
Well.. At the start of the season? I'm not sure I, the fan's or the club where thinking of European Football, but next season we could be playing in Europe and what a giant jump that would be for the club. We want the club to grow, and become stronger. If this happens we are going in the right direction. Let's just hope it does happen.

End Of Season - What A Season!​

Well.. It's the end of my first season as manager of S.S.C Napoli, and I'm over the moon, on how well it's gone. At the start of the season I thought I'd be lucky to still be in the job at the end of the season, now the fan's are wanting me to sign a new long term contract. If I did get the offer? I'd have to do very little thinking and I'd sign right away. I love it here, and this has been a super season for me, the fan's, and the club!​

Last Game's Of The Season​

The last 8 game's of the season could have turned this 'Super Season' Into a 'Season' We had to play some strong team's. Out of the 8 game's we only won 3 of them, drew 2 and lost the rest. And it could have worked out bad, but thankfully team's around us in the league also dropped point's which is why we did finish where we did. And I'm more then happy with where we did finish.

My Player Of The Season - Germán Denis
I'm 100% Sure if somebody has said Denis would have been the best player for us this season, I and the fan's would have laughed. But it's true, he's been our best player, he never started off well and lacked in confidence, but towards the end of the season he got goal's which gave him confidence and he kept getting the goal's he wanted. And if it was not for him we would not be where we are today. I'll be trying to keep hold of him for next season, he could be a key player.

The Final League Table - 3rd
At the start of the season if we got offered 3rd spot? I would have given my leg's for it. I'm rather happy I never got the offer, now I have both leg's and 3rd spot. But from a team with a predicted place of 10th, to a team who have finished 3rd in the league, it's been a super season don't you think? And it's not a big surprise to me, I know what the players are capable of, and I know what they can do as a team, it was just getting them to play well, that's all it took.

Next Season​

As we have done so good this season, all I want next season is for us to try replicate what we have done in the league, do better then we did in the Italian Cup, and try our best in Europe. And I think with some good signings we can do this, the team we have now could do it I'm pretty sure, but some new faces will be good for the club​

Good season Coach, Napoli usually love to give big budgets, this could drive you to a higher position in the league. Try to consolidate the top 4 position, then properly go for the UCL, good luck, I know you can do it.

Start Of Season Expectation

After such a good 1st season at the club, and us finishing 3rd in the league, I've been told we must challenge for the title, and to do this I have been given £55 Million to spend on new players, and I'll have more if I decide to sell players.

The team we have now is good, and it showed as we did finish 3rd, so with this money we can buy some big name star's and make the team bigger and better and maybe next season we can win the league?
