yes,he was,but i managed to keep him quiet during the 45 minutes that he played (due to a restriction)

probably,but i'll ask members to see who they would like me to manage.

Maybe you should take over the club that is dead bottom of the rankings and try see how high you can get them...?
 
I think you should do another in FM10, I can't think of any suggestions though at the moment :) And yeah what tactic?

depends on alot of things:team i'm playing against,home or away,injuries,recent form of specific players...But i'll try to summarise it:for good teams,i make sure i put 5 defenders,as that results pretty effective.If you put 5 defenders,you're probably gonna be playing in your own half,and i don't want that,i want to shock them,so i put 2 midfielders and 3 attackers.When we defend,we have 7 players defending.When we attack,we have 6 or 7 players attacking.The midfielders are key in this tactic,as they've got to attack and defend.
If it's a small team,i use a 4-1-2-3,with changes to the previously mentioned.
 
Click the paper clip and then click browse then go to your tactic folder and double click the tactic and press upload wait for them to upload and then bang your done
