Tbh, I think these tactics would only work for underdogs so to speak, for example, teams like Burnley in the Premier League, looking to counter all the time, also you will need midfielders with a lot of stamina and anticipation so they can run up and down and counter attack effectively, correct me if I'm wrong <) But still I'd try them out :)
 
yep you're right,also,i forgot to say,when playing big teams,i set passing to long to surprise them on the counter,i've scored loaaads of goals like that

i've set the long shots according to my player's attributes,so you may have to change this according to your team.

thanks,if i hadn't got the win it could of made my rankings drop loads of places.
 
A win is a win ;) Keep it up, I'm currently testing your tactics with my Everton team but I've slightly changed it so it's more attacking and I'm top with 23 games played :)
 
Well done Kinger. The tactic sounds good I may give it a go with my Newcastle team.
 
Little update on your tactic mate, 28 games still 1st in the league and still in all competitions except Carling Cup where I was knocked out. :) I'm gonna have a go at creating a tactic tonight, I'll try it out with my Everton team, hopefully it can work. Your tactic is a very good one mate :) I recommend it to anyone who is using a team who is likely to face a relegation battle :)
 
I've arranged my last friendly before the gold cup,el salvador.I picked this team to see if my tactic does or doesn't work against small teams,as against dominica and puerto rico i only scored one goal,although i didn't have to pick the ball out of my net:)
