New club, New Staff-New staff gamemode

I was looking at all the stories on FM Base and all the chairman games, I thought to myself I want to do something like that but not the same.

I then had an idea, I call Staff game, (terrible name)

Basically below you comment and apply to be a staff member and part of the staff, There will be 9 jobs avaliable and each member will have a different job.

Assistant Manager- Suggests training plan, Offers advice on organising friendlies, suggests tactics and starting 11.

Coach 1- Goalkeeping coach- Tell me what to set the goalkeepers on for there training.

Coach 2- Defence Coach- Tell me what to set the defenders training to.

Coach 3- Midfield coach- Tell me what to set the midfielders training to.

Coach 4- Attacking coach- Tell me what to set the attackers training to.

Chief Scout- Scout2- Scout 3- Scout 4- Suggests signings to make for the team.

Which coach do you want to be 1,2,3 or 4 (Basically, Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders or Attackers).

Could we as scouts, to make things more realistic. Maybe select a region, or a certain amount of countries that we have knowledge of? And only be allowed to make recommendations of players from regions we have knowledge in? (If this is possible to do in the editor.) Then the Chief Scout could send us to new areas if he wants us to expand our knowledge, and if we make a certain amount of reports from that country, our knowledge goes up!

I have decided that the team we will be is Swansea, so far the staff is:

Manager: Aidan Dickson (Me)

Assistant Manager: Lewie Roberts

Coach 1 (Goalkeepers):

Coach 2 (Defence):

Coach 3 (Midfielders): Ray Pest

Coach 4 (Forwards): John Cheah

Chief Scout: Luke McDonald

Scout 2: Matt Bullard

Scout 3: Are Burheim

Scout 4: James Scott

I have taken Znik's advice into account and each scout can pick 3 countries to have knowledge of, 1 country 100% Knowledge, and 2 countries 50% Knowledge.

Chief Scout, Luke McDonald, will message me where he sends the scouts and then send out them scouts to gather the team some players. I will send the scouts out to these countries to boost there knowledge in game.
 
Looking forward to helping the boss with his 1st team here and help with training! :)
 
Sounds cool. Let us try to not pick the same countries then!

I want:
100% knowledge of Argentina
50% knowledge of Italy
50% knowledge of Mexico

As the manager you should send the chief scout information about what player positions, ages, and transfer fees you want to spend, then we'll make some recommendations!

I think the chief scouts should send him, the manager should tell them to expectations. But I'm good either way.

We currently have two coaches spaces remaining for Defence and Goalkeepers. However I am not certain they will be filled. If not this will the Responsiblities of the training for the defence and Goalkeepers will be down to me and assistant Roberts.
I will give it an hour while I make the database but if no one registers we will continue with 2 coaches.
