A couple of questions quickly, First of all West Bromich Albion have expressed an intrest in Nathan Dyer, I am willing to sell him unless anyone opposes to this. This applies to all members of staff.

Secondly, How does everyone feel about monthly instalements, are you OK with me negotiating deals using Monthly instalments.

This brings me onto my third point, if you are accepting of this it means that I can agree a 7.5 Million pound deal for Pablo Piatti, only having 3.5 Million coming out of transfer budget.
 
May i know, also, what the transfer budget is? Thanks in advance.
 
Just to point out, try to get Bonazzoli, Savitzky, or Luka Jovic...they are avaliable on approach to sign and are future stars.
 
As for Dyer, whats the offered sum?

Piatti is a good option and for me, worth the money, i am okay with monthly instalments.

What is the fee on Nathan Dyer?

As long as it's not major installments, that's fine. :)

Right now It is only interest so there is no real offers for Dyer, Also I have managed to sign Bonazzoli and Piatti so far. Will not make any more signings until reports are back from other scouts for LB's and CAM's

Yeah, that would be a good idea. Also, we have signed Lucas Digne from PSG for 3.1m, I talked the deal through with my boss and he's pleased that this deal has gone through. :)

As for scouts I still need your preferable places and the manager prefered places on where to scout so that I can make decisions.

Fell asleep on the plane on my way to Argentina last night, so forgot to get back in touch with my recommendations. I am on my way over here to take a look at a couple of interesting CAM's that I think could improve our squad. Are there any other positions you look to strengthen now, following the sale of Dyer?

Btw: How small a database did you load? Because if there are very few players loaded from a nation, I'm not sure if there is much use in being sent there.
 
Argentina report.

Having spent yesterday and this morning looking at a few training sessions, speaking to agents and taking a look at videos I've found 3 players to recommend.

The first is Jorge Correa of Vélez. He is a talented Attacking Midfielder that can play in the centre, or on the left and right. He is left footed and has got a great shot on him, as well as being a tricky player that can beat a man. Jorge is still young and will only get better.

I believe he could get a work permit upon appeal, and should be available for £4-5M

The second is another AMC. His name is Alan Ruiz and he plays for San Lorenzo. Alan is quite similar to Jorge Correa, and is also left footed, but is most comfortable in the centre. He should be available for about the same price, but I fear he might struggle with a work permit.

Finally I came across a player I already knew from previous work in Italy, and that is Right back Gino Peruzzi. He is a quick attacking wing-back that I saw playing for Catania in the Serie A. He is now back at Boca, but is still young. He might be available for as little as £2.5-3-5M and would be a quality recruit, even if we are not looking to add right backs at this time. He has 4 caps for Argentina, but carries an Italian passport as well, so work permit would not be an issue.

As the midfielder coach, I must recommend purchasing either Will Hughes(Derby, English) or Youri Tielsmen (Anderlecht, Belgian) as they could improve our midfield unit for the coming years.

Just as a side note may I ask a question? I have not done one of these types of games before but I really like the idea of this one, I am though a little confused, as a scout, how can I scout players as the seasons develop? For example once/if we reach the 2018/19 season, how on earth will I scout the regens??

Lazar Markovic from Liverpool, We could potentially loan him for the season
Zakari Bakkali (Personal favourite of mine) Can be signed to a pre contract as his contract expires at the end of the season
