Never tried to be Swansea on FM before so I was intrigued to see what we would get money-wise.
37 MILLION! Transfer Budget and 71,000 Wage Budget.


I also have a Overview of the squad for all staff interested.

Comment below for any other screenshots needed.
 
As Assistant, I would recommend to try a 4-2-3-1 with 2 CMs, as the squad seems very suited for that formation. Also, if I can do this, I would recommend you get a backup/1st team LB/CAM and a 1st team LW. :)

Cheers for the Advice, just a quick question. Do you not think Montero is good enough to play LW First Team?

Plus you can make recommendations on anything

Well, he could be good if you give him a try, but based on the star ratings, he's slightly lower than the rest. You could get someone better with that budget.

Yeah sorry Luke McDonald, as Chief scout it is your responsibility to send out each scout to whatever country or region with whatever instructions you believe would benefit mine and lewie's request.
 
Alright thanks for confirming, as it is can you also PM me or send me through here the known regions of the scouts That would be very helpful and appreciated. Also for all my scouts, James, Are, Matt, please tell me 3 preferences of where you would like to scout and I will consider it once I make the decisions. As for the manager, i would also like your preferences of where you would like to scout to also help with my decision. Thanks Guys hope for this to be sorted out soon! :)
 
As for a backup left back, the one that comes into mind is Lucas Olaza, the guy has been brilliant for me and looks vey promising. We should keep in eye on his development. He can be bought for approximately 800k.
 
Hey boss, am I allowed to suggest players to consider as well? :) Because I have a potential player who you could sign, but IDK if he'll be interested or if he will be affordable?

I will take any suggestions from any member of staff into consideration, also I will be discussing the decisions with you anyway so you can always suggest players.

In that case, I would suggest Pablo Piatti from Valencia for the LW position. He has great stats, and he is a top performer for me. I don't know whether he would be interested or whether he would be let go easily, but I would highly recommend him.

I have not loaded up the biggest database and this man does not show up, what region/league is here from
