Easy Championship title I was leading all season.

1st of all, great accomplishment to do what you have with this tac and with Norwich!!! thought id try it out with Man utd as I liked the idea of trying to get them back to where they were once upon a time. Screen shots below shows its potential really, not good results in friendlies but I put that down to players learning new roles, positions, set up etc....my players are now getting comfortable with this set up and so am I, pulled out some great results so far, my loss to Palace I put down to still learning the tac as you can see it took a while for my away form to pick up whilst my loss to wolves was purely they set up 541 and hit me on the counter I just couldn't break them down, trying to rebuild this team takes time even though you start with 100m I was only given an extra 29m in November so trying to buy young and cheap but highly prospects for the future whilst bringing through a few as well. now coming up to the xmas period with is crucial for me, every other tac ive used or created goes downhill from boxing day so im sceptical but hopeful. will post updates again once season is over

I wil start yith you tube videos in February.

In meantime i just started season two with Birnigham.

Some interesting signings I done icludind new Libero for 30m on deadline.

My team on start of second season,not ideal but most of players I wanted didnt want to join.

Atleast I added 3 more wonderkinds in first 11.

Olmo was injured for 3-4 months so his priced droped down and for me he is must buy.

I think I can be in top 4 for sure,squad have some isues but I think this was decent transfer window from my side.

Well that's the 1st season complete and a pretty satisfied outcome i must say, League champions after myself Liverpool and man city put in a great battle all season and only 1 point in it going into the last 5 games I had the hardest run in with away games to Wolves and Liverpool I gave myself no hope really but pulled off 2 great away wins to put me in control of my own destiny and brought the title back home!!! I was never top of the league until the 37th game!!!

Another achievement was winning the Europa League. Some how FC Bayern and PSG dropped into the tournament which instantly made me believe I was then 3rd favourite. going into the semis I got drawn PSG which got put right in middle of my title defining moment against Liverpool, losing at home 0-1 didn't really give me much hope of the turnaround but a dominant performance in defence somehow overturned that deficit and put me in the final against surprisingly Lyon who knocked out Bayern. A hard game led me to a 1-0 final win thank goodness.

A very bad and freak performance by us led to Fulham knocking me out at the 1st hurdle in the FA Cup which was also Kimpembe's debut!! not good. A dissapointing performance in the final of the Carabao cup saw me lose on pens to Leicester which is what frustrated me alot is the fact that my strikers miss alot of 1on1 situations which i believe cost me that trophy(and the bad penalty misses obviously lol)

i would say 90% of the time i kept it at balanced and never tinkered the tac, their was odd rare times where id change mentality depending on how i was performing or the result at that time. i will add that ive revamped most of my backroom staff right down to u18's and its worked immensely with u23 & u18 performances as well as helping my players in individual training, i took note of what Vujevic had said and i can see the benefits and have really invested time in the training which is something ive never bothered with before.

just been given 256m to spend in the summer so buying where needed and youth prospects, once theyre all back to training again i will be individually training to their needed roles for the tactic and hopefully i more successful season lies ahead.......
