I just wanna say, everytime i use every tactics from this guy. "Mayke" working like a beast. And this beast is cheap
 
WOW! I just won LIGA BBVA with Villarreal in my first season! Also I won EURO Cup and Spanish Cup! :)

Samu Castillejo was on fire, I played him as the right Inside forward, he scored 24 goals and made 12 assists.

Well I think V6 is not very stable. I started two saves with BMG, in one save it worked amazing, I even beat Barca 6-0 in ECC and in League 15w 2l in 17games. However in another save it worked not good, only 8w 5d 3l in 16games. I can't understand, the same team just the schedule is different.

V6 is very stable. Random elements are caused by a set of parameters whose values changes randomly. Every new save (game) means a new random value for these parameters. If u are lucky new values are high and your new save 'll begin with countless wins without any tweak. If u are unlucky ... new values are low and not tactics are guilty for that. A tactic can influence future evolution of these parameters but cannot dictate initial values of them.
 
Which is really dumb, seems like the devs are going out of their way to make the game "realistic" with you not being able to dominate with a tactic but it seems they're forgetting that in the end this is a game, and games are supposed to be fun.

There's plenty of ways to cheat if all you want to do is win. You can literally edit everything in the game to give your players and club the better stats. It's not impossible to dominate with a tactic but things like players, form, morale etc are always going to make a difference.

Won the Bundesliga with Hertha first season, same team, no transfers. Second season, started off great but now we have gone off the rails and can't win at all. A few injuries can really mess up the rythym or has the tactic stopped working? I don't know.

As I recall Hertha is predicted 15th in the 1st season and you said that you won Bundesliga with it :); so you greatly overachieved and I'm sure something like that didn't happened without some luck ;) and if you want to achieve consistent winning then you need greatly strengthen your team and I really doubt that it can be achieved only after 1 season... ;)

What media prediction does your team has in the 2nd season?

Yes true, I don't think I strengthened enough because we have had extra games in Europe, it has taken it's toll on my players because it's a small squad. My players are all free from injury again but I just can't find a win right now. I think I'm going back to balanced.
 
I have just started playing FM again after a long pause and I was just wondering how important is actually the individual training focus to make this tactic workout? Just seems a little illogical to me that have the "wrong" individual focus would help out a particular tactic.. So if someone could clear this up I would be grateful.. Q: Do I have to change the individual focus to make the tactic work?
