Pep takes over at the end of the season, their manager is retiring.Aren't Bayern like 10203909 points ahead already? Why are they replacing their manager?
It would not surprise me if some people genuinely believed this.

You say this like he single handedly brought through every Barcelona player? :S
You guys act like Pep fears Mourinho or something. Pep bested him for the most part so he really doesn't have anything to fear. I like Pep I just would like to see how he fares at a team that isn't Barcelona because I mean look at what Vilanova is doing there. It's just funny at all the Chelsea fans who actually thought they had a chance at landing him.

Not much of a challenge. I don't want him to replace Fergie, not after seeing what he did to Ronaldo, but I would've liked to see him take on the task of rebuilding Milan. I can't wait to see what The Sun say tomorrow, it was only a few days ago they were saying Pep was 100% guaranteed to be City boss next season XD
Are Bayern planning the transfer coup of the century?
To be fair, while Pep may have bested Mourinho on the pitch...Mourinho crushed him mentally. Did you see how Pep looked before and after Mourinho came in. Seemed to have aged by about 10 years and he left soon after due to exhaustion.
I blame GC. Seems his man crush on Jose is contagious.
Not my fault people are spaffing over Pep despite his limited record with teams that didn't include the best player on the planet.
Was about to flame at you then kinda agreed with you. He can only surely go downhill from here..
Mmhmm. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a very good manager, but I also think he needs to properly prove himself. Nowhere else will he get the level of talent and more importantly respect and integrated footballing philosophy he got at Barca. Nowhere near. This job will be a proper acid test.
I agree with you.
Its kinda silly all the media fuss about him when he's only managed one team. The team that has 3 of the top 5 best players in the world in. Would need to be an idiot who doesn't care about football to not do good with that kind of team.
And now he's going into the exact same situation. Taking charge of a club with some great players in a league where there's very little competition.

I agree what are saying, but he won't have the same backroom staff, it will be a test of his management & coaching skills to replicate what had at FC Barcelona. We hail Pep what he achieved at Barca, but the foundations was set up for him by previous managers ie Johann Cruijff, Louis van der Gaal and Frank Rijkaard with their Dutch influence total football style of tactics, he just took it to next level with three world class players in squad (Xavi, Iniesta & Messi) and a good youth set up to help him. He haven't really needed dip his toes much in transfer market to buy players. Plus he came through coaching ranks at youth & b team level, so he knew most of players in Barcelona squad. And expectation on him now to try and replicate what he had Barca. Good luck to him I hope he achieves it.It's pretty obvious he isn't some donut who just went into the dressing room and said "Pass it to Messi herp derpz". He's a perfectionist who was meticulous over every detail of his tactics.
It hasn't helped Jose Mourinho, it seems that he's not just lost respect of football fans across the world, even his own clubs fans, the board & the players, it looks like he hates being manager of Real Madrid. Its seems very strange when in past his players loved him ie FC Porto, Chelsea & Inter Milan. He might won mental battle with Pep but he still lost football battle. To be fair, while Pep may have bested Mourinho on the pitch...Mourinho crushed him mentally.
