Anyone give me some links to good icons and tools and stuff for my desktop.

I have been looking for ages can't find any! :O

Will have another look got any suggestions on good ones, I don't like big icons.

Ctrl+scroll down to make them smaller without replacing them.
 
Where do I extract the files to? And what do I do when I've done that? Any help much appreciated :)

can anyone explain how to change my icons everytime i go to change icon it doesn't work :(

Also anyone suggest some nice ones?
 
I have a bunch of game icons on though i rarely play more than 2 games at one time. My background image also changes every 20 minutes, need to find some new cool images though.

Here is my current desktop on my laptop. My main PC's desktop is no where near as interesting...
