one thing that frustrates me is there are literally no amazing goals, every season goal of the season if a through ball or something of this sort. Would be interesting to see some half way line chips and such. Would be more realistic rather than only ever scoring "close range finishes" as the game always says.

Every single season on every god **** save my best players get injured right when the Champions league and FA cup finals are coming up. It's getting to a point where I can guess whos going to get injured by whos playing the best. Seems so fixed and there's nothing that anyone can say to change my mind. Happens every time!

The in-game editor is your friend. And I have a sneaking suspicion that SI created it as a buff for all the broken elements of the game.
Does everyone find Manchester United overrated but me? In my fifth season, they just got relegated. How exactly is that 'overrated'?
Or are things just weird on my save? Because Manchester United are joining Liverpool in the Championship, after Liverpool were relegated from the premier league on the first season, and the season after they were promoted.
Just how on earth are United ridiculously overrated? One bad season does not a loser make :\. United were the reigning PL Champions, and have been the most consistent team in England, hence the higher ratings >_>
I didn't mean they should be poor for the whole game but the fact they are winning consectutive champions leagues with most of their current squad and Moyes in charge along with Januaz and RAFAEL(!!!!) being the most valuable players in my saves is a bit too far fetched!
Well they've just won back to back Champions leagues in my save with Moyes in control as well as the Premier league in the first season. I don't necessarily think the club is overrated but their current squad and the manager in game are.

I know I could have done better on some parts (tactics and transfers), but some players are not performing like they should(Suarez), and every season I had a slump

Gotta be your tactics mate. Just finished my second season with Liverpool, won the league twice, losing only three games the first season and two the next, won the carling cup twice, community shield and made it to quarter finals of the CL.
The entire squad got CA drops across the board... as did Moyes.
Can you show me your tactics, and your squad(transfers)?

Most frustrating thing about this game? "It's your tactics" no matter what your problem is - 'I get error code 7 when I try to go to the store in game "must be your tactics, you know nothing about football stop being a crybaby". Gets tired after a while. Formation (which is what I assume they mean when they ask about tatcics) don't really mean much in this game it's about the players and the roles they have within the formation and their suitability and then team instruction etc so personally I'm wary of anyone asking what tactic you're using.
2nd worst thing? Watching one of my players put the ball out for an injury to an opposition player right next to his own box for the 9th time in the same match. Very rarely is it even an injury or a knock. Ok this happens in real life sometimes but not 5 times every game and they'd never do it right next to their own box.
Next has to be the inability to give seperate intsructions to defence, midfield and attack respectively meaning I have to go in and do the same individual player instructions 4 times and because I've done it during a match I know I'll need to redo it during the next.
Then it's got to be the ridiculously **** defending you see watching matches. Why are they running around like that? Why do both centre backs close down 1 attacker leaving the other free for his teammate to pass to? Why do full backs always run past the attacker they're closing down? Just bonkers. The sollution to this problem is obviously not watching the game but this means you can't really affect the outcome.
Any more? Short corners when you have them set to something else and are desperate for a goal. Players saying they want to go to a bigger club after they'd agreed to stay last week then agreeing to stay then asking to leave over and over again. Why are my coaches telling me to have match training at a very high level when you can't set the level of match training only the time spent on it? Why is my assistant telling me the U21 players are unhappy with training when he's in charge of the U21 training. Wing back is in space with a clear wing to run up and cross to the striker but instead decides to pass back to centre back with 2 strikers near him, guess what happens? Wide players always shooting instead of cutting back to striker for certain goal, always! Wide players always passing backwards instead of crossing. 10 minutes to make a change no matter how many time the ball goes out of play, conceded man goals for not being able to change tactic or player quick enough. Fair enouhg for sunstitutions but what are shouts supposed to be? Why do I need to wait for a dead ball situation to give shouts from the touchline?
Then there's the legendarily **** team talks. Not even going to talk about these but will connect it to a major problem with the game in general - there's no real instructions, there's basic tutorials but these don't tell you how things work in tactics or training which is the important part really. We're left to read posts on the internet by random people with nothing to do with the games development to learn what the **** we're meant to be doing and why the players are not doing what you want them to.
For a game that comes out every year and we pay real money for this is a joke. SI need to stop milking our pockets like this, release the game when they've actually finished it instead of on the date the accountants give them. Just do an update for the new season and spend the rest of the year getting the thing right realease it every two years. If they keep doing what they're doing ie. making the game more complex while taking the same amount of time over it and not having any real instructions for the complex bits then people are going to stop buying it every year. I know all the people I know who play it like it less each time. Thing is we want to like it more as it looks better every year and the potential is there, just it'll never be realised while they don't take long enough over it and only give us a single solitary update. Getting well sick of it to be honest.

Still think Liverpool are underrated on this game. Unless you're taking control of them, they always seem to slip into the bottom half and eventual relegation in the next 2-3 years. Happened in 3 out of 4 saves I've played.
Just raged quit my save. Need to win my final three games for automatic promotion. Have a match on Saturday, Monday! WTF!, and then a week from the following Saturday. Win the first of the three, get the dreaded pre match press conference and the reporter asks if I plan on resting a player because of fixture congestion. Bam! That is where the trouble is going to come from. Even if I replace him with a better player, that player will play like garbage and I will lose to a relegation team at home. Why am I playing a game on Saturday, and then the following Monday. I have not played a match on Monday the whole season. Why not Tuesday, or the following Saturday that is open?
People advise that you should praise a player that is playing good in private chat. Every **** time I follow this advice, the players performance immediately goes into the toilet. I have to bench them for several fixtures to get them to play well again.

I get this as well.
I always seems to get fixtures near the end of the season Sat and Mon.
How on earth does tat happens especially when there's no international, no games on tue, wed, thurs, fri.
And I'm not able to postpone it. I keep a small squad, thus rotation is hard for me.
And the praising of players.. same issue as you.
The player becomes one of the worst performer in the next game. But for me, its not always, although I do see it happening some time.
I'm more frustrated with contract offers.
You offer a player a contract with 10k per week, he demand 30k. Negotiation fails to reach an agreement.
The next thing you know, he sign for another team (similar reputation, and both of us not his fave team) with the salary at 8k and no real differences in the clauses.
Feels like everyone is demanding the sky when you negotiate with them.
