The injury rate at the moment is killing me! Every single match I get at least one player injured, who is then out for 2 weeks minimum. In between matches I'm also getting players injured in training.
My training is balanced, so not overly physical. My tactics are not aggressive at all. I have "Stay On Feet" as an integral part of my tactics, so there's no diving in and getting injured.
The key to success in this game, as in the real life version, is a fit and settled side. At the moment there's noway I can achieve that! I started pre-season with what I thought was a decent sized squad but now, after 9 pre-season games and just 4 regular season games, I'm struggling to fill the bench and am looking at recalling u18s from loans just so I can get 18 fit players on my teamsheet! Putting 17 and 18 year olds up against the big boys is not ideal in my 1st season in the Premier League!
I'd be grateful for any tips!
 
No mate, Playing as Burnley. Got Shackell out, Jones out, Ryan Jack my back up for Trippier out. And 3 other backups out down to bare bones now.
 
And now it's done my GK in training! Only got one senior GK now! OK, I'll recall my 3rd choice from his loan. Oh no I won't, coz guess what....he's injured! This f***ing game is trying to force me to pick 16 year-olds in the Premier League!
 
Petr Cech's hands are like made of butter, he was recently voted best GK in PL, with best save percentage, he's a joke in this game. This is 4 goal in 7 matches they has gone past him, after he's touched the ball and the shot was just aimed at him, it was not a powerful shot either.

Players with "Rounds the keeper" or whatever it is,just shoot at GK when one on one, what is this for, then?

Edit: Make that 7, so it's happened 7 times when Petr Cech touches the ball yet it goes past him. His save percentage on game is like 40%, down from 75% IRL.

I've never been this frustrated, even if I win, the way it works is just getting frustrating, 169CM tall player is scoring from set-pieces, amoung my 3 CBs (1 playing as fullback), 2 tall DMs.

I'm done with this game for now.

Injuries can be a real nightmare but it's just luck. I have had seasons where it's been hard keeping everyone happy and match fit because no one at all got injured and I have 25 players plus some youth. Then sometimes I get 2 or 3 in the same position and it can be devastating. Spurs currently have 9 players out IRL but we have a bloated squad after our Bale shopping spree (although its far from perfect!). Just one of the many uncomfortable and frustrating things in FM!
 
I've mentioned it several times before, but can my defenders stop ignoring my team and individual instructions and their open team mates 10 yards away in preference of smacking the ball as hard as possible straight out for a goal kick. Also, why do my players constantly feel the need to chip 5 yards passes and give the opposing defender a chance at winning the ball?
 
I am also completely fed-up of:

1. One injury per match and injuries on training which are unaffacted by having more/better physios and light training

2. Me having 30-odd shots on goal, 15 on target ands coring once while the opposition have 2 shots on target and one or both goes in. Yes, such travesties do happen IRL. Not every four or so games, though. I have been watching live football evey week for 24 years. My team has won one match like this, over this period

3. Opposition scoring from corners with ease, whatever you do

4. Defenders ignoring instructions to man/tight mark

5. Conceeding own goals

6. The age-old hitting the post 2-3 times in a match and losing (as above, it happens, nowhere near as frequently as on the game)

7. Going on losing streaks that you can, seemingly, do nothing about

This is the worst game yet for all of these anomalies and I am completely fed-up of it.
 
I'm mostly getting fed up of one player just kicking it against the guy next to him at kick off and losing possesion. its a 1 yard pass ffs. as well as guys running past the ball (but this has been an issue in all FMs)..
 
Yet again when you continue a save however well it has been going you lose at least the first game. Doesn't matter who it is against. Is this SI trying to punish you for not continuing to play their game!? SI this is football manager not candy crush.
 
And again, even that i asked steam not to update FM, they did it anyway behind my back :).
 
Surely there's no nicer way to end a 22-match run of straight wins (including PSG & Barca home and away, Chelsea & Liverpool away etc.) than a ridiculous error by the world's third best GK for the opposition equalizer after 84 minutes?
