i romp the first half and always do bad the 2nd and team talk tips? I generally don't do them as they're so random or i'll try the nice keep it up

I checked the referee's rating for this match, it was 9.1.. This is absurd, how is it offside?

ref's name you ask? "Michael Weiner". What a ****. I feel a lot better now, heh.

Anyway, is it possible that since the last patch I've never EVER had my team completely at disposal? There's ALWAYS at least one or two players injured...every match means a new injury for me, and the same applies to every training during each week.
I'm sick and tired, SI games...for god's sake what the **** is wrong with you???
 
******, I don't want to sound like jerk but you had a lot of long shots, which usually have a less chance of going in. Might wanna work on that.
 
............. 3 suspended and 5 injured............ that's 6 starters out for a game that if i win it means the title after going in with 9 games left 11 points in front and now needing to win one my last 2 lol

That is one example. I could show about a dozen a season where the opposition score with their only shots on target. I'll still win the games 3-1 or 4-2 or whatever but if my shots on target to goal ratio was the same at the AI iwould be winning game 9,10,11.

I dont want that but I dont want to be facing the most clinical strikers in the history of football every few games.

Also in that screenie the opposition have zero shots on target yet still win!

If my players were this clinical we'd be scoring 6-8 goals a game
 
Exactly. This is the worst flaw of FM14 along with the many injures (but the latter just come out after 14.2.2 update).

Sometimes I wish to "play as the AI" for just a couple of matches, at least I would find out how it feels to score 75-80% of my shots on goal instead of the usual 10-15%.

Annoyed me, Was on the verge of winning the SPL with Dundee United 2nd season, Aberdeen sacked their manager and obviously some statistic has made the assistant manager get the award and a man who got fired comes in 2nd ?

Battered Barnsley with 27 shots, 15 on target!!! and lost 1-0
 
Same **** different year it seems! Still the same problems as last year have about 10 more shots than your opponent yet losing 3-0 to 3 shots on target, every mistake my team makes gets punished yet my team fail to ever capitalize on any opportunity they are given, my goalkeeper constantly palming the ball to the opposition striker! I still this the biggest load of bollocks though is that 4-4-2 is the only decent formation you can use and is the one used by about 90% of the opposition.

It's sometimes an overkill, yes, but when any team plays attacking football, it is exposed on the counter, and has more chance of conceding, try playing with Counter-Attacking mentality, you'll win matches where opposition has more shots and you have less :)
 
Doesn't anyone think teams are exaggerating the prices of their players? Juventus asks $131mn for Pogba, Dortmund asks for $64mn for Mkhitaryan, and its not even been a season in the game!

That's the point, Mkhitaryan just signed for Dortmund, why would they sell him cheap in first season only? They got him for 25M Euros, Pogba costs 28M Pounds if he doesn't sign new contract in second year. A lot of teams would've bought him if he cost 30M in real life, Juve want Bale-esque money for him.
 
Can somebody explain me why is my team playing so bad and unsure? They make a lot of mistakes in this games, but whole season is fine. I won 4/7 of last league seasons, beating BVB and Bayern. But matches vs this teams are impossible to win, even when i play Home. I play offensively, scoring a lot of goals during season. But when it comes to play vs 'stronger' teams they are scared about tackling, marking, passing and shooting, even goalkeeper loses his mind. What should I do to avoid this situation?
