I just can't be arsed anymore. There's just no enjoyment. Trying to outwit the AI with clever tactics used to be part of the challenge, but now it's pointless! Unless you can limit the AI to zero shots then you know you're not going to keep a clean sheet. However many CCCs you create and however many of them end up as shots on target has no bearing anymore. If you manage by some freak luck to actually score one of your chances you know that it's not going to be enough, coz the AI only need 1 chance to equalise. Even if you go 2 up, you know the bunch of League 2 no-hopers you're playing at home will suddenly develop Barca-like skills and come storming back. The game is not unplayable, it's just not worth playing! See ya FM. Glad I didn't pay full price. Hope SI are happy with the ?25 they conned out of me for an alleged improved game! FFS, they can't even get a little thing like the kits right for a team they sponsor and used in all the pre-release videos!
 
What even gives them the right to think they can release this game and charge moeny for it? It really is beyond the pale. Bugs due to different hardware on PCs is okay but this isn't ven the issue, its just a big steaming pile of **** released wioth the sole intention of scamming money from us, the game won't even be working properly until February at best.
 
Apart from the yearly problem of having 25+ shots, 60%+ possession and losing/drawing when the opp have 1 shot on target...

..I've found defenders ALWAYS get such a **** rating. Actually, the whole average rating/values is all wrong. If my full backs get over a 6.7 rating it's amazing. Santon, Schmelzer and Piszczek all have average ratings under 6.8 over 20+ games and my DC's (Hummels, Balanta, Subotic and Sokratis) are all barely 7. Actually, Hummels is the only one over 7 and he has....7.02. Okay...

Get the lead twice only for Boateng to score a beautiful volley into my own net in the 84th. In the 89th matters go from bad to worse as a Gentner long shot sneaks in at the near post. I lost 3-2 with 33-9 shots, 12-6 on target. 4 CCCs and 5 HC for me while they managed 2 CCC and one measly HC. My opener wasn't even from one of my 9 "chances". My favourite stat is the crossing, though. 17-1 completed in my favour. 17-1!

Thankfully the board doesn't care about the Pokal.
 
I'm so glad I didn't buy this game on release. After all the problems everyone had with FM last year, I learnt my lesson finally. I'll vote on how rubbish this game has become with my money from now on.
 
Thank god I learnt my lesson also last year. I kept telling myself, dont pre-order or buy on release, check reactions first on release. Maybe I even feel kinda bad that people here are kind of my 'test subject', but I`m glad I did what I did. From now on these games have a release date in February for me, good luck to all of you.
 
Don't know if this has been a problem for anyone else, but defenders especially full backs are extremely bad, averaging around the 5 mark on rating, I have never in my whole life of playing both fm and cm have I seen them this bad
 
i just got fired 2 games into a season after winning both games? wtf

Happening to everyone, the game is worse than the beta, its not just how bad they are but the sudden drop inperformance they produce, 2-0 up and cruising only for the whole defense to suddenly play 4s and 5s.
 
Congrats SI Games for another bad year, need to be blind or complete stupid to give a good review about this game.
A train wreck. The amount of bugs this game contains is unbelievable considering they only doing small changes each year. Tactical screen resets, defenders/goalkeepers acting retarded, AI controlled matches gets tons of offsides, lack of sounds, list goes on and on... Looking forward to raising the score in the following weeks but till then, its not worth playing.

My rating for this **** is : 3 out of 10.
 
I feel like i am the only one enjoying this years edition, I have encountered nearly none of the problems in this thread, in my 3rd season with Stoke and ive seen nothing game breaking and I really like the tactics screen...
 
I am over Injuries. Im averaging 1-2 serious injuries each game, 5-6 players each game get a "knock". As Man Utd RVP has been out 3 times. JONES is out, VALENCIA, KAGAWA, ANDERSON, EVRA, FELLAINI, CARRICK, NANI (multiple times), EVANS, PAPADOPOLOUS, FABIO & RAFAEL. Its over the top

However, this is a mostly realistic depiction of how well Borussia Dortmund use their goal scoring opportunities in real life... :)
 
-Only 11 games on my first season and got 4 red cards already, 2 from wingers(wtf), 1 from subs(after 5 minute) and all are straight red card. Having played since fm 2005 and i got to tell you, i am not an agressive manager and never will be.
-Keeper seems to me are set at highest difficulty mode, including paul robinson?
-defenders rating is a bit weird, most of the time they will go past 7 rating only when they score a goal
-doesnt like the team instructions without slider, but still experimenting, kinda hard to keep possession nowadays.

But the good news is Sigamjes have created a cheat you can purchase to help this, not that I am being cynical about their motives for this.

You can always save it after every injury free continue and reload it if you get an injury, it really adds to the fun of the game and means it can take hours to get through an international break.

Johnson actively runs away from the ball as it is cleared from my area in order that a Juve player can pick it up and welly it into the net.
 
Having to put 4 players on near post when defending corners to stop stupid goals going in.
