One thing annoying me is the unrealistic crowd number in my game. I am currently playing Oxford United and in the Premier League and playing Manchester United at home and the stadium is not full!! - Its laughable and ruins the game a bit too. Ok the stadium has been upgraded to seat 16,000 people but Oxford is a club that brought 33,500 fans to Wembley for the Blue Square Conference Playoff in real life and yet in FM2012 they can't sell out a Premiership home tie against Man U in a stadium that seats 16,000..!

C'mon FM get it sorted out for f***s sake. All it would take was a little bit of research into club fan bases to make it more realistic.
 
When you sign top Brazilian regens, for Alloa in the SPL.

THey don't settle

You send them away for a few weeks

They come back and immediately whinge they aren't playing and want to leave.

They then whinge they cant settle again.

4th season at Steaua Bucharest, Europa League double against Inter Milano, superb first leg at home, we won 3-0, second leg, we scored in the 9th minute, 4-0 on aggregate at half time, still 4-0 in the 70th or so minute and everything was fine, we were keeping possesion, creating chances, at the end of 90 minutes the score was 6-1 for Inter, i got so angry i deleted the save <)

Having 56m, 750k free in wages, top facilities, Serie A title, Copa Italia and Champs league finalist without being Milan or Juve and no one wanting to join that has any kind of meaningful experience in europe.

Seriously, you'd think with that in the 4th season you could have more players interested than the likes of an old *** Adebayor and Jolean Lescott.

What team are you :O?

And my biggest frustration is the bias towards barca =/ Dominating them, winning 1-0 as Deportivo is fun until their only shot is a wondergoal from 30 yards to make it 1-1 and stop you eliminating them from the title tace -_-
 
Having to pay £86 million for David Luiz. And he's 30. Mmmmkkk.

ya I passed up on that-got another 6 players to add depth to the squad instead. But REALLY wanted him as my best FB is injured for 8 months-and Luiz wanted to join too which was more infuriating. Would've been perfect for my attacking style of play. Oh well. Just have to keep unsettling him

Get Douglas, he's quite good and he's probably going to be cheaper.

everytime I try to motivate my team always ended up with the entire team demotivated :(

No one who should be nescessarily overlooked, just lil old Fiorentina.

I know what you mean about barca bias however for me, it's Real Madrid bias. Barca i managed to beat twice in the group stage (2-1, 4-5) but madrid i just couldn't get near.
 
The fact that when negotiating wages during a transfer it 'adds' it to your wage bill so if your in for more than one player it can affect the wages you can offer him. I like to say go for 5 players at once even if Ive only got the intention of signing one, and then delay the transfer and then choose the one that i most want that accepts. I feel its pretty realistic as well that clubs irl dont just go in for one player, theyll be after a number of players at once, which makes the implementation of this a bit silly.
 
Ribery acting like a **** for the first two months of the season saying he doesn't rate me etc and plays **** then mid October i noticed he had high morale so I played and he actually played epic like scoring a hatrick v city in great form etc then Van Buyten isnt getting played because he is old and slow and is leaving when is contract ends. So Ribery comes and says he is not happy with the way DVB is being treated oO) and saying I am in denial and i fail at keeping the team happy so i transfer list him Man City bid 23M for him accepted it and then he wants compensation for the remainder of his contract!. So i cant sell him as he has a 150 P/W contract and no one even man city (lol) wont take him.

There were two annoying issues I had with the last patch (11.3 I think it was) on last years game. Stupid amount of long term injuries and dominating games often yet still losing/drawing. These things don't seem to have changed one bit on this years game. I should say, I don't have a problem with dominating and not getting the result every now and again but it seems to happen more often than you would expect, very frustrating.

A few examples there.

I also think that there has been a large flaw in transfer fees for years. I hate how when buying, you have to pay stupidly over the odds but when trying to sell a player, even an important one, you cannot get anywhere near the price that you would be expected to pay for a player of similar qualities if you were the buyer.

Finally, there seems to be a huge amount of disallowed goals on this game, I get at least one a game with a couple of exceptions here and there. Stupid amounts of disallowed goals though, which again, is very frustrating. Especially when it's a late/winning goal.

Does anyone else suffers from hitting way too many times the ball on the posts, it's annoying!
 
Getting, for example, a left-back injured then subbing on another left-back, only for him to get injured later on in the game which leaves me having to change formation or play a player out of position for the remainder of the game.
