One of my regens wins me my second FA Cup with his first two goals for the club :D The equaliser was a 30 yard belter after they cleared a corner, then we get another corner late on and he smashed in a left-footed strike from about 8 yards.

I won the Europa League with Rangers in my second season, I only got qualification because i beat Celtic 2-1 in the final of the scottish cup the previous season. Was shocked including a quarter final comeback against Porto after losing 2-0 at the Ibrox we came back with a roaring 3-0 victory in Portugal.

In all my years playing Football Manager it was certainly the best shock success I've had.

5th season in it, we needed a point to secure Euro league qualifing but LOL i certainly did not expect this definetly my best game ever in FM16 so far haha :O :O

AFC Telford - Promotion after Promotion

Sunday League Manager - First job at Guisely - Sacked after 2 Games

Took over AFC Telford November 2016/17 Season - Saved them from a second consecutive relegation

Promoted in my First full season after signing a lot of released players from the bigger teams.

Promoted from the Vanarama National - again using the free agent system and mainly released players.

League 2 - The players that i had signed from free agents start to dramatically improve and as a result it shoots me to the top of League 2.

League 1 - Automatic Promotion after numerous offers from Championship, League 1 and League 2 Clubs for my players (most of which i managed to turn down). Much higher level of players meant that the loan system made up 3 of my 11 players each game usually.

Current Season - Smallest Wage Budget in the Championship - Players that are Wanted by numerous clubs- A few cheap foreign signings to bolster my team and I'm on for Promotion...to the Premiership... ith a team that gets 5,800 fans (a sellout) each game.

I've been successful in this save but it's getting kinda tired, somehow. Looking for a new challenge.
What I would also consider success is finding the patience and subscribing to 269 players-turned staff and editing their preferred roles so they would become managers. I'll add a few screenshots of that.
