You must be lucky to get that kind of players. With Ajax I got a reputation boost because I bought a good midfielder. Suddenly I was able to buy other players with higher reputation. Not Cavani, Tevez or Hamsik but still better players.

puit it in the folder following teh path will has put in the post above yours, then select new game, and tick the change box, select this file, then go through the normal game setup process.
 
Hi does anyone know how i could change the xml file, so it would be west ham instead ????
