first 18 games with man city drew 3 against west ham, psg and newcastle and won all the other matches biggest wins were 4-1 vs Tottenham (away) 5-1 vs Real Madrid (away) and 5-1 vs PSG (home) and qualified for the knockout stages already (I was handed Real Madrid, PSG and Dortmund for my champions league group stages) Top scorer is Falcao with 19 goals in 12 starts and 2 substitutions. Great tactic :D

nice going mate :) well done

Okay Raikan started as dortmund, so far start of season got 3 wins and 2 draws which is not bad. I just played against zenit in the first champions league game and finished the game with just 4 shots and that was at home. Do you have any advice on how my dortmund team can create more chances?? Lewendowski is on fire btw and gotze aint to bad as advanced playmaker.

not too bad! but could be better!

um..

are you using the shouts get ball forward, pass into space?

increase the tempo a bit as well

Can you please upload screenshots of your (Pre-season training and middle of the season training)?

please check the page before or so, middle of the season I change pretty much everyday bud...

Lost the league by a point to Bayern.
Gotze, Bender, Reus all died within two games and were out for the last few months and I lost the two point lead I had :'(

On a brighter note.

that sucks! long season and the **** injury bug! sorry to hear that!

on a brighter note, what a cracking result! can you say Domination?

I was so happy when i actually found out about this tactic as im a huge fan of the 4231 formation (since fm2013) and what more its from u raikan007. been using alot of your p&p tactics since fm2012 and im happy with the results mostly.

Anyhow, when i actually saw the positional roles of the wingers and fullback or in your case its wingback, it reminded me of zero sea's 4231 which i think he called it Athena. Please dont get me wrong but after using this tactic a few times i do see the differences.

What i like most about this tactic (and its a sight for sore eyes) is the way the IF and WB attacks. Either its a solo situation or team effort, its just really fun to watch em. when in comes into the middle of the park the interchanging passes were equally breath taking especially when they got 1-2 touch football style. This is the only tactic that i have seen a wb scores a goal like what stephen lichensteiner of juventus usually does. Most of the time its a long range shot usually just outside or at the edge of the 22 yard box. But the strength of this tactic (for me) is the ability of my team to hold and top possession even though we are not the favorites or playing against a better.

Now, what i find lacking is the defense. Well i cant really pin point to the exact where its lacking but everytime when the team is attacking and we are hitting like -15-18 shoots on goal (usually after the first goal) the opposition will have a random counter or attack which usually has about almost 60-80% of getting a goal. whether its open play or set pieces. even by pulling the mc down to dmc, the same thing happens. and i do feel the pulling the mc down to dmc does spoil the synergy of this tact. well thats how i feel.

anyway, i will be trying a little tweak by using both DC as in a Def duty and putting the BWM in support to see if it does make any diff.

well hope to hear a complete tweak and full dish out tact from u asap.. till then thanks a bunch again!

since FM13 :) thats been a while :) hahaha, kidding!

I have absolutely no idea what that tactic looks like nor what roles etc it uses, this was created from scratch as all of my tactics are :)

really glad to hear that, I am also very glad to see the tactic is working out how it should on the field! the link up play as you say is lovely and is what I was after!

yeah bud, the set pieces are killing me! 65% of the goals I concede are from corners or freekicks! its really starting to take its toll on me!

Yeah pal using the shouts, the tempo is a good call i will have a play about with that later when i get home. It seems to be against the bigger teams that my team cant break them down. Ive got to say though the closing down and getting the ball is spot on matey.

cheers bud, feel free to post it on my behalf :) I can speak Afrikaans which derives from Dutch but I won't understand anything if it is in Dutch :)

send me the link when you done :)

Thnx i will do that. I'm also going to translated you're shouts they are perfect ;-)

Dutch and Afrikaans are almost similar

It works, what I meant was does the tactic work the same on FMC like it does on the full game.

It should bud, I have never loaded up FMC at all.. but its the same engine, same everything, so yeah, it should

well should I say, I hope it does :)

It's one of the times I enjoy FM most, season long fight to the end. We both finished near 20 points clear at the top.

A Mid season update from me :)

Playing the usual Man Utd -

This is my latest game. I know Swansea aren't the hardest team in the league, but this just shows the domination of the tactic.

Pretty convincing results, couple are missing from the top (5-0 chelsea)

Team are performing really well. RVP has been injured for something like 5 months, but still one of the top assist makers (due to his corner taking). Also Vidic came 3rd in the World Player of the Year.

Quick shot of the league. Some teams aren't doing so well (better for me :D)

I had a "Group of Death". Juventus, Dortmund and Valencia. I'd say I did pretty well with these tactics (both Home & Away)

This is my team. Ayew + Valencia have been on fire on the wings, but Ayew has been at the Africa Cup of Nations, so I've been playing Luke Shaw as AML. He's doing pretty well for a DL :) Kagawa is playing the best I have ever seen him in any of my Man Utd saves...And I've played ALOT of them.
As you can see, Raikan, I've tried to buy many of the signings you did :D With a couple of extra's. I've bought 4 players from Velez ^.^ (Peruzzi, Lucas Romero, Allione and Ferreyra)

I love you and your tactics, Raikan :D

Great! Another 4-2-3-1 by Raikan! :D It's the best moment to start a new career.

I haven't read the whole topic yet, do you think it would be suitable for Vitesse Arnhem?
(so with players sucnh as Wilfried Bony, Marco Van Ginkel, Theo Janssen and Gael Kakuta)

Cheers ;)

Very funny raikan :P what i meant was i tend to prefer different formation for the different versions of Fm.

So when ya going live and taking of the beta title on this tact raikan (H)

last result was 3-1 win over chlesea with red star.this tactic is insane i will upload SS's later

Been using this tactic for half a season with my Porto save. Brilliant.

I love the look of this tactic. Two questions though, since people are having great results with this, are you going to bother trying to improve it? Its just I'd rather wait for the final version if so, I don't like changing once I start lol. Secondly, people who are having a great game with this are you bothering changing it away from home? I know a lot of people say there is no such thing as a plug and play on this seasons game but I beg to differ as Ive used a few that work home and away. I really love the look of this as I love using deep lying forwards and inside forwards :)
