Raikan007's Perfect 4-3-3 tactic

Hey Raikan, I'm playing Aston Villa in the second season and my strikers haven't been great. I'm rotating Bent and Babacar. The first one misses a lot and the second one is good from time to time. I play Bent as a poacher and tried playing Babacar as a Target man, but he's better when I play him as a poacher. So I was wondering if Abel Hernandez would be a good replacement for Bent, since Babacar is really young and I want to let him develop before I start judging him.

I'm also conceading lots of goals from corners, half of the ones at far post go in. I didn't have that problem the first season but it's getting worse now. I tried tweaking the set pieces but it doesnt really work. Any ideas?

Hey Raikan, can you recomend a cheap striker for this tactic? I tried to get Lucas Gaucho but Getafe but he accepted their offer. :D
 
Have to say, I dont know what was wrong with Monaco squad, but I failed and get fired. But, now I am at Racing ad I have to say I dont have best center backs ( Henrique, Torrejon) but it is looking very very good:) Stone defence, not the best attack, but my players will improve. I am enjoying a lot. Good tactic:)

thats strange mate... some tactics just dont seem to work with certain teams I think :) glad its better at Racing :) yeah this tactic was made not to concede and only score 1 or 2 goals at most as it was made for Sc Freiburg who were predicted to finish 17th in their 1st season :) so tried to operate efficiently defensively first then concetrate on scoring :)

not sure about corners mate, just try and get your best headerer of the ball marking the danger area where you are conceding from...

Hernandez would be a great replacement, an expensive one, but good :)

Thank you very much raikan and Raul, I use 433 raikan tactics finally I can won premier league with my favorite club Liverpool won 27 draw 5 lose 6 >>> 86 point,Chelsea on second with 82 point, since playing games fm 1995, when his name was still cm (champhionship manager) I never won the league ... now I want to try with Juventus one my favorite club.
one more I want to ask why caragcher, danny Angger,Torres, Gerrard unhappy about lack disciplline problem?? until the season ends is also still unhappy lack discipline problems?? how to make our players happy?because gerarrd torres is my very important player.
 
thats brilliant mate, well done :)

lack of discipline really only occurs when you do not fine or warn players after them getting dismissed.... (red card)

hey, currently trying out your tactic, seems to be very good possesion wise, but after 4 games none of my strikers have scored :/

i'm aston villa and have bent and agbonlahor as the poachers who i rotate around, and they both cant find the net

any solutions?
 
I started a new save with Everton and the results are very good till now.

Don't usually download tactics, have never do but i tried this one and it's perfect 9 played, 7-2-0 in premier and on the top in Champions League, is this tactic something that you create by your own ? if so well done m8
 
raikan....when Raul maraeiles got a red card, I did not warn him and fine him, from there begun caragcher, gerard, torres unhappy ...
when daniel angger got a red card I immediately fined him without warning him.
My problem is fined Angger, direct Angger not happy until the season ends, if I am not warn or fine to player who got red card, my star player is unhappy ... how to resolve the problem raikan?
players who are unhappy can not take a conversation.
whether players who are unhappy to be playing well if we keep playing? or we sell the player who is unhappy?
now entering the second season, I really needed Gerrard, Torres, agger against barca, madrid, mu, chelsea in champions league, I should not lose my star player who is unhappy. thanks

cheers mate, glad its working for you :) yeah, I designed it for my Sc Freiburg team, they did really well with it :)

Im in my 4th season using this tactic with West Ham. Im using 10.3 patch

First season:
Finished 5th in the Premier League
Won the FA Cup

Second season:
Finish 7th in the Premier League
Won the FA Cup
Semi Final in Europa League

Third season:
Finish 1st in the Premier League!
Won the FA Cup

Fourth season:
Finished 2nd in the Premier League
Won the FA Cup
Lost in League Cup final
Won the Champions League!!

4 FA Cup's in a row! .. nice tactic, plays nice football too

I had the same problem with my Villa, I managed with Bent my first season, then I bought Babacar but he wasn't that great neither, so finally I bought Abel Hernandez, who's been awesome, 14 goals in 14 matches in the EPL.

But I'm not sure you'll have the funds for these players in the first season.
 
Only in November in my first season at Napoli with the default squad, but having great success so far, long may it continue! Unbeaten in the league and sitting in 2nd, Cavani scored hatricks in two consecutive games, and battered AZ Alkmaar, supposedly top seeds in our Europa league group, 6-0 away from home! Only really bother with shouts if we're not performing, which doesn't happen that often! If I had one criticism it is that the two more defensively minded midfielders don't often break 7 on the player rater, but our defense is on the whole pretty sound so this may be a fault of the match engine. Keep up the good work!
 
awesome bud, glad its working well... try and change the player roles in the Cm, where are you playing Pastore? give him a bit more to do, run, pass, create, move more :)
