Not too far, been online quite a bit. Rank 15 online and I'm doing Irish's missions on single player at the moment.
 
im just doing irish's missions but i havent touched online. any good?
 
Anyone addicted to the poker? One of the unlockable outfits actually allows you to cheat :D


Cant get to grips with Horseshoe's though :(

Exactly the same with me, spent about an hour and a half on the Poker yesterday.

The Horseshoes is just stupid, seriously.

And yeah I've unlocked the suit that lets you cheat on Poker, annoying to do it though because when you get found out you leave the Poker table and duel the guy who noticed you were cheating :P
 
Went into Gamestation and exchanged my copy, deleted saved progress and cache. 1.5 hours in, 2 crashes. New console on Monday I thinks.
 
Loving it so far, played the **** out of it yesterday. Anyone get one of those 1.5k horses yet? I think ill save up for one or hit the tables to get one. Havent done much side missions yet because im loving the story too much so far. It takes an average of 20-40 hours depending on what you do.

ouch that must be frustrating. My game froze once but has been fine since

I got that achievement for horseshoes where you get it bang in the middle :D Such a boring game though

And what exactly does that poker suit do that means you're cheating?

There is a cheat button where I believe you pull out a card from your sleeve if you succeed.
 
I'm around 35% completion in the story-mode, and rank 20-21 on multiplayer I believe.

I'm now south of the border in Mexico, which is the bottom half of the RDR map if you hadn't realised. Just setting up shop over here by buying in a few properties. A suggestion: Do the first 4 treasure hunts before you come to Mexico, as 5 and beyond are there.

I think I have around $2,000 or so, with a few pardon letters. I'll be honest though, I've been honourable on this play-through. Planning to do a dishonourable one later on, when I've learned where everything is.

You buy the fastest horse yet from the General Store?

is it conceivable that because it may be a bad copy? The errors on the disc would copy to the HD and still not run the game properly?

Holy ****, the exact same thing happened to me dude! I sent mine back to play and I'm gettin a new one on Monday.

I tame wild horses when I need a new mount. The fastest one I've had is the $750 Kentucky Saddler.

Prefer to save my money for properties/weapons.
