Regens with a PA of 200

Generally speaking are there many who have a 200 PA?

No, there will only be 3 to 4 people with PA 200 in a decade.

No. The highest I've ever had is 197, and that was a Right Back.

Don't think anyone can have a 200 PA, but I could be wrong.

i had a 200 pa regen in fm10 but he didn't remotely reach his potential because he was really injury prone
