Yeah, Crazy good tactic for me FM 2020. First season won everything quite comfortably with Rangers.

Used a mixture of the Away tactic that was posted by someone for the harder games which worked a treat. Used it all through the European cup run.

Roberts Uldrikis has been amazing for me since coming back from a viral infection which left him out the squad for 7 months. Him and Tomas Chory are great buys for the TM role.

I still use Chrissy Ross shouts and commands:

Dont say anything before game unless its one you are favourites to loose and say you expect to keep run going and win the game.

Every 15 minutes demand more

If 1-0 up at half time or 0-0 or loosing (Aggressively your not happy)
If 2-0 up at half time (Assertively you are not happy)
If 3-0 up at half time (Say you are happy)

Just tried the tactic mid season in my Salford save on FM21 & it's still doing the job.

Ran a holiday test with the formation last night as Man City & Liverpool. Changed the CM role to BBM for both teams, full backs to IWB for Man City as that seems to be the best role for full backs this year & transferred Mitrovic to City as they didn't really have a viable option as target man. Moved wingers up TO AMR & AML for Liverpool as better suits their squad. Man City also won the league cup & Liverpool won the Champions League. Man City had 17 players with 7+ rating & both Salah & Origi scored 40+ goals for Liverpool.
