For years everyone who follows the Scottish game has hated the league set up and begged for change.

The Scottish League is ****** boring to play. If playing as an SPL team, you can encounter another team up to seven times in the one year. Thus playing as Hearts and being beaten 10 times a year by the Old Firm becomes repetitive. The idea behind this league is to change the structure so that it becomes less so. No longer can a team sit at the bottom of the league a-la-East Stirlingshire and not be relegated.

Like most Scot's i have had my own personal idea on how things should be for years now and i can finally put it into practise.

Manage any of 268 teams competing on six tiers set out at National, Regional and District level.

Promotion and Relegation from each tier/level.

In addition to the Scottish Cup, which is open to every team in the structure, there are a further three Cup Competitions, one for each of the National, Regional and District levels.

Access List:
* Current SPL and SFL teams.
* Senior non-league teams ( Highland , East of Scotland and South of Scotland Leagues).
* North Region Juniors (Premier, Division 1 and Division 2)
* East Region Juniors (Super, Premier, North, Central and South)
* West Region Juniors (Premier, Division 1, Ayrshire, Central 1 and Central 2).
* Reserve/B teams for current SPL

Wow that sounds like fun to take my local club up to the SPL :O, but how did you get to put all the Juniors side into one league & I was trying to get this to run last night but with the south of scotland league under the Third Division but ever time I uploaded FM 10 it would never find it :'(

Nice one Kris mate. Did you do this because it must of taken lightyears.

YOU are an absolute legend m8, chers a lot for this :D Time to get my beloved kello rovers inti the top tier :D

Cracking work mate.

Any idea if it's possible to have the non-leagues and juniors active without making a pyramid system?

I'm telling you Kris you should get a Job with SI. You really have the potential and drive to do it. I'm actually being serious. What can you lose from trying.

Brilliant, I was just trying to figure out how to do this when I found your file. Thanks very much. Incidentally, how do you get it working? Where exactly do you put the file?

Any chance of putting Sean's English league database and this database into the one and upload it?

The files are really small so just download them both. You can load both at the same time but i do not advice it.

ight i've made an update as follows, link is on O/P:

1. Move games for TV in SPL1 (Fri 1945, Sun 1400, Sun 1600) and SPL2 (Sat 1200, Sun 1200, Mon 1945)

2. TV Money for clubs in SPL1 and SPL2 (£1m each SPL1, £75k each SPL2)

3. Prize Money added for all comps (e.g £1m SPL1 winner, £500k Super Cup winner, £250k Scottish Cup winner)

4. 'B' sides moved, e.g. Celtic 'B' play at New Broomfield

5. Competition Dates formulated to fit in with FIFA and UEFA Competition Dates

6. 'B' Teams cannot be Promoted above Championship Level

7. Junior/Challenge/Super Cup played on same dates with Finals during same midweek (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

Still having 'regionalising' issues in Season 2 but will take quite a bit of time to check/confirm longitudes and latitudes for all clubs.

* Transfer Windows added (schoolboy error): 1 July to 31 Aug, 1 Jan to 31 Jan
* Discipline Rules: 1 game ban every 5 yellows, 1 game ban every 1 red
* League Sorting Rules: 1.Goal Difference then 2.Goals For then 3.Matches between Teams (SPL1 had this but others didn't)
* Goal of the Month for each 6 tiers
* Goal of the Season for each 6 tiers
