Wheres **** Advocaat these days I heard he got sacked?

He got sacked after a poor run in their title defence,he was meant to take up the belgium national team post after the russian league finished in december but i think it's getting brought forward now?
I might be wrong but i think i read that recentley?

our champions league group:D? what does everyone think:O?
We should be looking for 6points off of stuttgart and unirea at home, not expecting anything from sevilla home or away, don't know bout the other 2 away either so i'm thinking at least 3rd place and a europa cup run and 2nd at best?

tbh a think we and celtic can go far in europe this season:D(yn)
a mean first of off - 6 points v unirea, 4 against stuttgart, and 0 or 1 against sevilla would be enough (yn)
JEROME ROTHEN will help:D and as for celtic - hamburg, decent team:), rapid vienna arnt upto much:\ villas poor start to the season contributed to them goin going out, and ehh, whos ... hapoel tel aviv:\ dont really know anythin about them:L a think we played them a couple of seasons ago^o)?

think rothen will be cup-tied
nah psg didn't qualify 4 champs league,so even if he's played a qualifier 4 them in the (re-vamped?) europa league he can stil play 4 us!
anyway what do you think of rothen? if he gets back 2 anything like the form he had at monaco thats a ****** good signing! jst hope we haven't got the fella 2 late on in his career?

duno mate i mean he was good back then hes now 31 but hey we've got jerome rothen am not complaining ;)

liking the sig;)

rangers were also after drenthe of madrid but wages were to high. if that was true it is quite promising the players we were after.

Didn't hear that one but wow! thats a seriously ambitious signature we were after? would have been well happy with that!

would of been a loan, he want be gettin a game at madrid with marcelo at lb and he would get a chance at lm either,

like i said dunno if it is true but alot off people on certain gers forums think so. n it was also on some websites.

totally agree would have loved Walter to have pulled another cueller or bougherra out the hat for us but i realise we're skinto so happy with rothen on loan?

yh i am happy, tbh i heard he was signing last night but it was still a surprise seeing him at our press conference.

still if i had a choice i would of choose a cb because the thought of mcculloch or broadfoot in cb isnt to good when bougherra is away at the african cup of nations. still the last 16 is achievable, and rothen wis cl experience will only help.

i think broadfoots done a lot better than i ever imagined but your right, him up against luis fabiano and kanoute doesn't really bear thinkin about!
Just hope we can get by without to much trouble in january when the big fellas away?

ano, broadfoot or mcculloch at cb whn bougherra is away is scary, will he miss a champs league game? if so i think is may be stuttgart at home - hopefully we hav qualified by then.

When Jerome Rothen Finally Arrived At Ibrox He Said- la famine est terminée, pourquoi ne pas aller chez toi
lol

EDIT - if its january he is gone he want miss any matches in the group stages?

i think the champs league fin around mid december and african nations start in jan so it should be cool?
i wish i could speak french but i think i get the idea! lol

lol it doesnt translate perfect, n i cant either but a certain word sticks out,
still if bougherra is not away im still worried about weir in champs league. players with quality or just a bit of pace will easily get by him.. but i hope im wrong.

It just means that we will lie deep in our own half so that he's not too exposed by pacey forwards but that then invites teams on to us which is unwanted pressure but hopefully we can handle it ok and get goals at the other end!
I hope this is boyds season and he can prove people wrong about not scoring at the highest level?:D

tbh i wouldnt play him in champs league,
i think it will be pre season 4-3-3-/4-5-1 formation
i think smith will do this:

when we r defending it will be:
mcgregor(i would hav alexander)
whittaker bougherra weir papac
davis edu mendes thomson rothen
miller

when we are attacking i think it will be:
mcgregor
whittaker bougherra weir papac
edu mendes thomson
davis miller rothen

he said his pre season tactic will be used for champs league
