I think these features that you get in Genie Scout will be put in Scoutmeister. The screenshot displayed in the OP is a very basic version.
 
The creator has asked me to provide a few sneak peaks. So here we go. Really appreciate this, he has spent a lot of time on this.

i have a copy too - it doesn't work :P, but that's not a problem XD
 
It is a good tool, early stages are looking good from what I have experienced so far, looking forward for the full release.

Michael Owen PA 182? Veira 182? Whats that all about when both of their current abilites are less than 140 an there 30+
 
Its always been like that in FM, they can never reach it, dont worry. All past good players have very good PA's like Rivaldo is one of the highest in game.

I think I speak for the creator when I say this... Macs are for noobs. :)

But seriously, it definitely won't work as it's written in C#. There is a scouting tool for macs though... here.
